Their style is smooth, respectful, and warm.
The food in this restaurant is delicious and the prize is very affordable. Hanilul kitchen restaurant serve Senegalaise best cuisine . The services is also great kadia and Mariame are very welcoming.
I've never eaten Samalian food before. It was really good and the restaurant though small, had a nice vibe. I appreciate too that they were able to cook my entree with no spicy heat.
Very good food. We got two samosas, the goat and basmati dish and the chicken and jollof rice. Everything was amazing. We also got the hibiscus drink and baobab drink. Very refreshing. As an FYI, Trust the GPS to get there, I almost missed the building
This place is amazing! The owner is a fantastic host, and he does everything he can to make sure you're served a meal you'll enjoy. He offered us some light samples of things so we'd know what we liked before we bought, and he was super patient and kind with explaining all the dishes. I highly recommend going here! Food can take a little bit longer to come out, especially if you have a large party, so it's not a super fast dining spot but it's still a great time!
This place is absolutely a gem. The food is a homemade food you feel like your favorite mama's cooking. I came with my friend to try Somali food for the first time and what a pleasant experience it was. The owner/chef greeted us with a welcoming smile and explained the menu items for us. We end up having goat meat and fish with rice. For appetizers we had samosa which was 10/10 and mashed potatoes with egg and for drinks we had hibiscus. I'm telling you everything was perfect the food and place and the people. I'm definitely coming again next time visiting Cincinnati.

This was my first East/West African eating experience and it did not disappoint. The spices, were delicious and so tasty. Please do not be put off by the old building. It's like the old saying, "don't judge a book by it's cover." The only negatives and mind you they weren't the worst things in the world. The incense upon arrival was a little extra, but didn't burn the entire time, the dessert menu needs some tweaking, and there was a slight language barrier with our waitress in training; the owner arrived and that was resolved. The owner is so friendly and helpful as well as answering questions and giving us samples of their homemade hibiscus juice; amazing!
