Drive thru very slow 20 mins before took my order. Another 10 before I got my food. How is this fast food?
I had great service today and I love the new banana split milkshake ! Good job Rally’s !!!
Not only was the service incredibly horrendous, including taking 30 min to get our food and even then it was missing half of what we paid for, but the two people working there at the time could have cared less that there was a long line inside. These two individuals were also extremely rude to customers! Absolutely the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant! If you want to be paid $15 an hour than work hard! You can’t raise minimum wage for these jobs when your workers clearly...read full review
