This was my first time trying Rallys and I simply just didn't care for the food. The food was hot and it looked fine. I think it is just about my personal taste preferences. The service was fast. It was weird to me to give my order to the automated system though.

The fries are always undercooked and the the burgers are always cold. When you order a meal you have to remember to request a that you want a small if you want it at the menu price or else they Will automatically up charge you to a medium.
