Went thru drive thru. They asked me to pull around. Waited 10 mins. Had to go in because they FORGOT to bring my food out to me. Chicken wings nasty.

RESTAURANT / GAS STATION MIX so it was a smaller Rally's and had a thick fryer oil smell in the air and the front cashier wasn't very friendly but I'm a huge fan of the fry lover burger and fries so it was worth the stop since the food was fresh

Food has been hot and fresh. No issues with quality. My only issue is sometimes the syrup for the drinks runs out and you end up a mile down the road with a disgusting watered down soda but other than that it’s pretty much your run of the mill Rally’s

This was my first time trying Rallys and I simply just didn't care for the food. The food was hot and it looked fine. I think it is just about my personal taste preferences. The service was fast. It was weird to me to give my order to the automated system though.
