Sake Bomb is a great little Asian Restaurant/Sushi Bar in Erlanger. We've been here a few times but it had been quite a while. They have quite a lot Asian dishes but on this occasion we focused exclusively on the Sushi. Among the one's we had were the Sunday Morning (my personal favourite), fire scallop, and the firecracker among others. They are all visually appealing and absolutely delicious. The chef really took a lot of care crafting flavours into every bite. I really can't recommend their Sushi highly enough. Also I know I mentioned this in earlier reviews but the restaurant looks so magnificent and really authentic to Japanese culture. The seating is very close quarters so I must mention that as it might be off-putting to some. All in all the Sushi was excellent, the service was good, and the place looked awesome. Fantastic experience.
My Husband and I have only done carryout here but the food is absolutely amazing and the staff are always the sweetest. Will always come back here.

Stopped to finally order takeout after ages of meaning to stop by! I got a Sunday Morning roll, an Eel Cucumber Roll, a Philly Roll and a Shrimp Tempura Roll. Used their online ordering and it was super easy!

Went here for lunch, It is a bit small, but well worth it! The food was fresh. The sushi was delicious! The place is decorated nicely. The food portions are good for the price. Prices are reasonable! I highly recommend this restaurant! The Bulgogi plus was delicious!

When I arrived, I asked the male server, whom I assume was the manager, for recommendations. He was quite curt, telling me to just pick something. I inquired about the noodles, and when I mentioned I didn't like spicy food, he suggested the chicken fried rice.
After trying it, I found the dish dry, even with sauces. I requested a replacement, but he said no. When I asked for a refund, he refused, stating I had already eaten it. He claimed he couldn't make decisions about food or refunds because it wasn't his restaurant to do so. They should communicate their policies before customers order.
As we were about to leave, they finally asked if we wanted more drinks which I felt like was a little too late. Additionally, when I asked a lady at the counter for soy sauce, she looked annoyed but eventually got it for me. I mentioned that their service wasn't friendly, but they just stared at me in silence. Overall, while the food was just okay, the lack of customer service made for a disappointing experience. They need to improve their etiquette. From the picture below you can tell I didn’t eat much for them to say no refund or replacement. I also see some customers say the same thing and they reply they will do better and fix the issue but still haven’t fixed their issues.

Really good food in a nice (yet small) setting. Our orders came out in a timely manner and our servers were very polite. We are already talking about when to go back!!
Oh, and the desserts (forgot the name but kinda like ice milk but not) were awesome.

So glad I finally tried this place! For locals who are looking for a healthy meal, it’s hard to beat the $8.95 lunch portion of a Hot Stone Bowl! So many delicious ingredients and very filling. And it stays piping hot throughout your meal. I also like how the rice gets crunchy on the bottom of the bowl. Delish! And I like the atmosphere (unlike anywhere else in this area), and the jazz standards music they play. I’ll be back!
