Honestly, wasn't initially plannning to stop in, but my car broke down right outside their shop and we were waiting on our tow service, they were nice enough to let us stay under their canopy roof outside to be in the shade. They were very nice and checked on us to make sure we were going to be alright. At a certain point my friend and I got hungry and bought some of their food which was impressively good, I would highly recommend the Italian hoagie and the small single person pizzas. They were good company and a genuine good place to eat while the tow truck was en route to us. I highly recommend people in the area to try their food.

After 2 phone call 1+20 mins I said refund my money.The manager, not a manager at all but an immature little girl , threatened to take me off the delivery list.I will NEVER ORDER A PIZZA FROM SNAPPY AGAIN!!That’s NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS SWEETHEART!!!District manager will be called also!!BTW. Pizza shows up 1+45mins later.I refused the order after treatment like that.

Came to this location on 12/6/23 at 3:11pm. The gentleman that worked there was exceptional! Greeted us right away, chatted woth us and said the food would be done in 10-15 minutes. I waited in my car on break from work and he actually brought out my food to my car window and delivered it us with plates and napkins. Outstanding customer service. This guy went above and beyond!

I walked up to this location with my 3 children, and my oldest sons friend, whose sister works there. Somewhere along the 1 mile walk, another neighborhood child who was going the same direction, joined our group. I got to the store between 5 and 515. At some point the other neighborhood boy walked in and I told him he could go 1st. He was only wanting to buy a 2 liter, so I persuaded him to just buy 1 at the gas station, after the 2 liter sat on the register for over 5 minutes with no one coming to ring it. My daughter and I were the only customers in the store, this entire time, yet it was about 20-30 minutes before anyone took our order. I would not have complained about this fact, bc we walked in around rush, and they were working on delivery and pickup orders. However, in this time that we're waiting for our order to be taken, my oldest son was making his sister cry by taking her scooter, and making faces in the window at her. Normal obnoxious kid stuff. But I went out and addressed the children several times, about not putting hands on the window, not blocking the door, not taking up the entire sidewalk. My order was taken at exactly 530, by a delivery driver that was leaving with a delivery and realized that we were sitting without our order being taken and stopped what he was doing to take my order. I got 3 small cheese pizzas and a hoagie. Again, I expected a wait, but the wait was not the issue. It took about 30 minutes to be finished. The food was wonderful as it always is from this location. Not 3 minutes before my order was ready, an evil demon of an employee with white gauges in her ears, came in and just started screaming about how the kids outside were cussing at customers (they weren't) and just being very irate, trying to take her entire day of problems out on me, while never addressing me directly, nor in any type of professional manner. The store had been empty, until maybe 10 minutes before my order was done, Then it completely filled up. I stood up and was having my daughter stand, to give an elderly couple our seats. I was the only white person there, and the only 1 who had been sitting there for at least 45mins to an hour. So it was evident that the kids were with me, and she was referring to me, So everyone was staring at me when she started yelling, as if I wasn't controlling my kids. If any kids out there were cursing, it wasn't my children. But I could see them clearly from the window. NONE of them were addressing customers, whatsoever. The kid whose sister worked there was trying to get her attention by making funny faces in the window, and dancing with his 2 liter in her direction. Again, basic kid stuff. We were waiting for about an hour total. She is screaming, definitely speaking to me, but never addressing me directly "some people need to get their kids! If you don't get your kids, I'm about to get your kids!!" I took this to be a direct threat to children, whether they were mine or not, and 3 of the 5 were mine. The only reason this altercation didn't go any further, was bc within a minute of her tirade the other girl called my name to give me my order, so I left.I have worked in customer service for over 20 years THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DEAL WITH ISSUES WITH CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN! That, coupled with the fact that she never addressed me directly and was basically threatening children, screaming at the top of her lungs, likely bc she was irritated by the fact that the entire store was full and running behind. If anyone should have been pitching a fit, it should have been me!! She is unprofessional and had no right to have an entire fit in front of a store full of customers! While also attempting to call me out, and threaten children at the same time! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! If you need someone with some actual experience who knows how to deal with customers, I may be able to help you out until you can replace her! I worked on The Banks for 2 years, where you actually have to deal with real crowds and real problems. Never seen anythin
