I ordered online like I do a couple times a week and get a bottled 20 oz dew. It comes to 13.48 which is what my total is on my receipt. These ladies made me take the paper cup for a fountain pop when I paid the .50 extra for the bottle drink. They do not like what they are doing. Weather you steal one penny or 50 Pennie’s it’s still stealing. They like to steal your money for their business. Not to mention they always forget my spinach on my meals.

It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.

New ownership concerns me. These foreign nationals are squirrelly. Besides there's a much better Subway if you turn left off of i-275 West, one block away by the Shell station on Mineola Pike.

I Ordered an order to go with 3 coworkers and was shocked. Not that I paid the increased price of $10.49 for the Italian footlong flat bread but that the meat was razor thin and bearly covered the bread one layer. Not at all what I expected or the way that they advertise. I understand paying more as their costs may have gone up. But not OK with what I received at any price. I will no longer accept this as being OK and will no longer eat at Subway because of this at any of their locations. I’m done!
