Stopped in during lunch time. First time there. Very busy, almost annoyingly busy, both on the inside and outside with the parking lot filled, but that's a sign of a good business. Ordered the new garlic sub. I am not picky, I think most everything tastes good there. It was a great place to stop and get a sandwich, a drink and some sun chips. I wanted chocolate chip cookies, but they didn’t have any. I got a half sub, BLT= bacon, lettuce, & and tomato on on Italian herb & cheese bread, light on the tomato and lettuce with a little mayo. It was delicious and I also got an iced tea and a bag of sun chips.

I was rushed. They didn't even ask what I wanted. Just asked if they could make it like on the menu so they could go faster. A bunch of kids who smoke too much weed in the back and don't want to work lol Also, 0 manners.

I purchased a Turkey footlong before work and the meat tasted bad. It had a spoiled taste to it. When I went on break I called to speak to a store manager and informed him of the problem. I asked for a remake or refund and was told that nobody else called to complain and that they couldn't correct the problem!!! I still have the other half of the sandwich and the parts I spit out because it was so nasty!! I am outraged that I'm a loyal customer, reward's member and that a manager refused to make it right. I will be reaching out to corporate and the health department. FOOD SAFETY SHOULD ALWAYS BE A PRIORITY!! This is unacceptable!
Last time I came the experience wasn't the best I must say. But this time was very pleasant. I received service right away. The lady making my sandwich had her own sub In the back and she saw that I was starving and gave me a bite of her half eaten foot long from the back. And she even gave me fresh vegetables and meat strait from the back. So 10/10 definitely recommend.

Ordered on the app. App said the store was open so I placed the order and got a confirmation it would be ready at 3:15. Arrived at 3:15 sharp and the store was closed! They sure didn't have any trouble taking my money!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT BUFFOONS!!!!! Update: I did receive a call later in the day telling me I could come in and get a cash refund. When I said there was no excuse for what happened, the lady who called said, "You're not serious" and then hung up on me. I did stop by today, however, and get my refund. Needless to say, I won't burden this establishment with my business ever again!

I walked in here right around closing time to pick up a doordash order the two ladies behind the counter we're doing their close out routines, when one informs me that one of the sandwiches on the order she couldn't make fully because they didn't have all the ordered ingredients. Even though it was after 10:00 they still made sure everything was right so kudos to you ladies. Thank you!
