The most noisy Courtyard I've stayed in. I could hear televisions and people talking around me. I would be nearly asleep and another airplane would take off, jarring me back awake. Starbucks (medium roast) tasted a bit weak. Bright side was Mindy. She checked by often while we were in the lobby to see if she could get us anything. She was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were well cared for. Overall the staff was great. This property owner needs to invest in some sound proofing. Also, a pool would be nice.

My coworker and I received the best customer service from Dee. After a long work trip she made our check in fast and was super sweet! Great location the rooms are very clean and shuttle service is on point.

We unexpectedly needed a hotel room for one night at the Cincinnati Airport. We spoke to several hotels whose Front Desk personnel was less than helpful as to what they had available for that evening. When we called Courtyard by Marriott we spoke to Pam, Front Desk Manager. Pam was wonderful. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and made sure that once we arrived at the hotel our room was waiting. Superb Customer Service!

This is one of the original Courtyards that had a complete renovation/modernization about 2 years ago. Friendly staff and about 3 miles from the airport. The vast majority of guests are business people. There is no pool at this property. Although the rear of the property faces an Interstate ?️ the windows appear to be soundproof so you should not hear any traffic noise.

The service was very friendly and attentive! The food was awesome! I had the steak, mashed potatoes, and sautéed veggies. The steak was cooked as ordered. The veggies were seasoned perfectly! The potatoes were home made!

The shuttle picked us up less then 10 minutes after we called the hotel for an evening pickup. The shuttle to the airport runs every half hour. Be sure to book a space on the departing shuttle in advance. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to and from the airport. The hotel room was clean, but we had to call for hand towels and washcloths. The bed is very high, which might be tough if you’re short. The air conditioner is very loud. Our view on the entry side of the building was of a bright gas station, so we had to keep the curtains closed. The sink is outside the room with the shower and toilet. The room has a very nice feature I wish other hotels would offer: a long rolling surface that’s big enough for two carry-on bags. The courtyard had plenty of seating, but wasn’t very pleasant when we sat in it because the other guest using it was smoking. Based on the number of cigarette butts on the floor, that happened often.

My reservation was canceled just prior to my arrival as the hotel overbooked without notice. The clerk said he found a room, but as I discovered the room was mothballed for repairs.The internet did not link to my devices as my name did not match my room number. Later, I was locked out of my room. I went to the front desk and the clerk wanted t my credit card as the hotel had checked me out even though I was scheduled to depart the next day. After a long wait, it was revealed the clerk who checked me in had changed my name and charged my stay to another person's credit card by overriding the system.

Check in process efficient and room was fine. The bistro menu was poor and understaffed. The early morning shuttle service was prompt and pleasant. The return shuttle service was unacceptable. We waited for 40 minutes from calling at the pick up site after being told it would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. Had to call again after 20 minutes. Driver finally showed up, without apology for late arrival. Stopped by the reception desk to offer feedback. The driver followed me in apparently knowing I was going to complain. He said he had come past the pick up point twice during the 40 minutes we waited. That wasn’t true and I confronted him on it. The two receptionists defended his behavior. Either the receptionists didn’t tell him about our pickup and he was protecting them or he was malingering. A simple apology would have been enough but when he lied about passing the pickup point during our wait time, that was enough and we left never to return.

Convenient location. Room and property were clean. Staff was friendly. Somethings Were little rundown. Stopper in sink and in tub both stuck so water pooled up. There was no body wash or shampoo in our room. Had to go get from worker on floor. Walls are very thin. You car hear people talking and TVs blaring. Beds are comfy. Additional fees for breakfast. If you are on the courtyard side you will hear guests outside at all hours Not a bad place to stay.
