Everytime I come here I promise myself never again. SMH. Anyway they have messed up my order the last 3 times I've went. Missing fries. Missing nuggets and sauces etc. I came a couple nights ago and got a bacon and cheese baked potato and there was hardly any cheese or bacon on it maybe 2 bacon bits lol....and my 8 year old daughter was missing a nugget out of her 4 piece so only ended up with three. The people at the window don't seem very nice either unless it's the young girl taking orders in the drive thru during the day. I don't know what they got going on in there they suck!!!

It looks like every other Wendy's you've ever been to. Service was good but the food was mediocre.
It's not the locations fault that they send them chicken breasts thinner than their straws. The flavor and service are great. I commend them for working with what corporate sends them. Corporate doesn't care what you have to deal with. They will buy the cheapest and sell it for as much as they can get.

Erlanger location seems to be the ONLY location that ALWAYS HAS THE WHOLE ORDER CORRECT! Good size dine-in area, always very well kept. The vibe and the atmosphere overall just depends on the people.
