Went through the drive through and was told I would have to wait an hour for a baked potato, pulled to a parking spot to call the person the potato was for, and the lady at the drive through slammed the window... went inside, the guy who is assume was working the register made us wait so while waiting we decided to go somewhere else. Employees leaning on the counters on theor phones, nobody actually at the front counter and the guy i just referred to had a smart ass attitude about him. We go there a lot but I honestly don't think we'll be back there. The staff is completely different and no where near as friendly as the afternoon staff... ill drive to Florence for chili or make it at home. I was very disappointed in this place tonight.... also, there was an employee standing at the entrance smoking as we were walking in... I dont smoke, and if im not mistaken, they have an area for employees to smoke, not right where customers are entering the establishment

The fries were fresh! THE burger was hard and dry. Like it’s been sitting there for a while waiting to be placed on buns. My husband was really really upset. Won’t make a trip here anymore.

I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's. This should be the training center for Wendy's in the Kenton county area in my opinion. The Mon-Friday AM breakfast crew is just phenomenal. I have been going here for years and this place has it down with the food, service and correcting anything and using the Wendy's app. This is the place to go for Breakfast and Lunch in the fast food industry. I went to wendy’s and the food was great but i went back up to order something and they had this one guy up there i think his name was either ryan or julius, furthermore they had him doing 5 orders up at the front while there was 3 other people behind me and nobody stepped into help until my grandmother said something , all of the other workers had gotten on the boy at the front. He was doing his best to do all of these orders, then a few moments later a guy who is older and has a man bun starts being petty and talking crap. KEEP RYAN OR JULIUS AND GET THE OTHER STAFF OUT. They had no teamwork, except for this one lady she was older and she stepped in real quick, thanks to her. if i were the manager, teamwork will be required.
