Waited a while in the drive thru but it was worth it!! The quality of the food was better than the White Castle I remember. Fresh for sure. Really weird that they have ai taking orders but the person at the window made up for it. I'm sure they would've been capable or taking the order..

Always has been the worst place to get food around here. You will sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes, minimum. You roll around and see that there is four people working inside and an Ai taking your order and it pisses you off that much more. Don't do it!!!!

So i come here atleast 2-3 times a week and there is a manager that is so mean. She yells at all the workers and treats them so bad . I was just in there not even 5 mins ago and she yells at the worker at the register infront of everyone and threatens her and just belittled her infront of me and other customers.. she ended up tearing up ... the young women she yelled at busts her butt off everyday i go in there. Something needs to happen.Everyone says they have put complaints...

This used to be one of the best White Castles around in the 2000s… for the past five years, it’s probably the worst in the tri-state area… extremely slow service, rude workers at the intercom, incorrect items, etc….
Uber order: dried crusty hamburger with 1 pickle on them when I asked for extra pickles. Please read the order and try not to dry out your burgers.
