This was the second year that we had gone to White castles for Valentine's Day. The decorations were beautiful with candles on the table. They served on pink paper plates and chargers. The service was great. The ladies took our order and it was delivered to our table, they refilled our drinks. We plan to go there again next year it's really fun ! They took our pictures and had a banner on the wall that had a place where you could stand up and they would take your picture together.  Tina that works there always makes it fun for everyone and the whole crew.
Seems that Erlanger White Castle is not as good as it was 2 months ago. They are kind of dry now.

1. The cashier didn’t know how to use the rewards. He tried to get me to pay full price. 2. They said they were out of tarter for my fish bites. 3. Didn’t give any of the other sauces that were requested. Marinara for the cheese sticks and Honey mustard for the chicken rings. 4. There was no I’m sorry just one minute or explanation. He kept closing the window in my face without a word. Bad attitude. Shouldn’t be at the window. Definitely back of house personality.

I wasn’t eating here but picking up a door dash order. Crystal was super rude to her coworkers, arguing with them in front of customers and blaming them for could be mistakes. Not at all professional behavior. Talk about second hand embarrassment

The woman was going to ring me up for a chocolate shake and was reminded that she had to make it by hand. She said she didn't feel like it thay management needed to fix it. She than asked me if o was ok with a vanilla shake? I said I want a chocolate if you cam make it but refuse to I guess it is what it is I'll go elsewhere

Food was good. Service was ok. Place was down sized from my last visit. Think I will get my next order to go or eat in the car.
Placed a $47 Uber eats order. Somehow two drivers later and a drive up there, our order was magically “lost”. After arriving and the push of a few buttons our order is now in the computer after repeatedly telling us that they never got the order. The workers were clearly pissed they to make an order they thought they could get away without making. I have never been so disappointed with a location. Also didn’t know how to make my smoothie.

The workers seemed happy and friendly. Great service once you get past the computer screen that wants to record your voice. Just another way to get your identity stole. I didn't respond or agree and still got out under 10 min. Not bad for drive though.
