Wanted a large Reese cup milkshake , found out they can only do small..after I paid over $5 for a small she informs me they are out of reesecup so I got a peanut butter with chocolate, made with looked liked sav a lot ice cream .. There machine is down.. Come on guys you can do better….

I called Dairy Hut 3 times. They ignored each and every one of my calls, meanwhile their giant burger had me in their bathroom for an hour before they closed. I was stuck in this bathroom with a huge awful smelling turd overnight. I couldn’t flush the toilet no matter what I did. It wouldn’t go down, every crew member refused to help and ignored my calls. Amazing food, god awful service, and TERRIBLE plumbing!!!

This was a ridiculous experience. I made a take-out order and added on a burger and onion rings when I got there. I waited an hour for the food that was added on and when the food came out, it was cold.

I don’t know what is going on with this place but it has went down hill. Every time I stop in here the service is slow, the food is nasty. And it’s only on the evening shift with a bunch of kids working it looks like. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It’s always out of something or something isn’t working. I use to love this place but I won’t be visiting it for a while and hopefully the owner can get a better handle on the situation.

Stopped in with a crew of 6 machines we were not the cleanest to say the least 🤣 they were very welcoming good fo9d..fast service and super fair prices hard to fi d these lil hidden treasures

We love to eat here any time we are in Kentucky riding side by sides. The food is always great and they don't mind that we come in dusty, or muddy. They are always friendly and cut up with our group.

This seems to be a local favorite with a line out the door the whole time we visited. I was disappointed to find they ran out of chocolate ice cream and didn't have hand dip ice cream. The staff was working hard to keep up with the high demand so hats off to them. We just thought the place was ok at best personally.
