This place is super peaceful and down to earth. It’s off the beaten path so don’t be surprised when you disappear into the forest, it’s a good thing, let it happen. Enjoy the brews.
Finally made it here and loved it! The beer was great, the owner is a down to earth cool guy that definitely makes you feel welcome(and his mom), the charcuterie board was on point, and the vibe was perfect. I've been to a lot of breweries but this was one of my favorite experiences, did I mention the beer is great? :-) We had this stop planned before heading over to Lexington and now I wish I would have just stayed here. This place is a hidden gem! There is a sign off of Mount Pleasant Road that will show you the way (both Apple Maps and Google Maps were not very accurate with the location, so make sure to pay attention to the sign). Continue down the long gravel driveway and you’ll reach this adorable destination. There are plenty of options for seating, so grab a beer (or two) and relax for a while. We opted for a flight, which was $15, and enjoyed it on the covered porch while it was raining....
