Food is always solid, albeit a bit pricey for drive thru seafood. Cocktail sauce is some of the best in town. There's always a decent wait in the drive thru which is a bummer, but at least the food is fresh.

Not sure if they change suppliers with the fish or the quality of food has just gone south. The past two visits fish is so tough and gray texture and unable to be eaten. It’s a shame. I have eaten there since 1999 and my last two visits has been absolutely terrible. Please bring back the quality of fish that you had for decades.

I went through the drive thru at the Moby Dick on National Turnpike and ordered a fish box for 2 with onion rings and half rye, half white bread. We were so disappointed with the food. The fish was still hot when I got home but it was tough not flaky and not a good flavor like it has always been the other times we got it. They gave us onion rings and half fries. The onion rings were very thin and overfried and freasy. The fries were tough, not good. The bread was all white...no rye. It was stale and crusty. We used to go to this Moby Dick quite often but this is the second time in couple of months we have been very dissatisfied with the food. It's too expensive to waste money on food you can hardly eat. I called the store, not to get free food, but to let them know the quality of the food was not good. The young man I talked to said nobody else had complained. I doubt I will be going back to this location at least not anytime soon. I still have bad taste in my mouth from it.

Service was terrible and they were rude. I paid for extra tarter. I even asked the girl when she handed me my food. I got home to zero tarter. How hard is it to take an order and include everything that is paid for.

Stopped in last night for dinner. We Dined in. The dining room was filthy the floors, tables, and all the chairs were just dirty bathrooms as well. Even the entry and exit doors were black with fingerprints. The counter girl was very kind and sweet. No issues with the staff when I got my one piece of fish sandwich it was very thin . I was very disappointed because we love Moby Dick! Hopefully things will improve

This is by far the best Moby Dick I have eaten at. The workers there are from another planet they are sweet they always serve the food fresh. The portions are really what the picture looks like. I'm not sure what the little girl's name is that is in the drive through a lot of times I go she's got beautiful eyes but she is very sweet and you can tell she was right and even the little guys that wait on me there as well. Stopped in for a quick bite and the place was dirty & disgusting. I'm pretty sure the young man at the front counter that was taking orders was stoned out of his mind. Tables were sticky & dirty. Trash laying around on the floor. The two young ladies working were very polite and have good customer service, that was probably only good experience about this place. I won't be back & I wouldn't recommend this location.

DRIVE-THRU SERVICE: Gentleman taking order was very pleasant and professional. Service was quick and accurate with ordered items. When we got home with food it was still hot and so good. The fish was thick and flaky. The coleslaw was awesome, but the mac-n-cheese could use some upgrades, although it wasn't bad. ATMOSPHERE 5 star is for the parking lot being impeccable, I can only imagine how clean the inside would be. Great Job! Will definitely be back and recommend to others.
