Did a mobile order last night that came to $9.09 for two Strawberry milkshakes. Their shake machine was down, the person that picked them up for me accepted lemonade per suggestion from the staff (which I didn't want). Two lemonades come to $5.91. Stopped today and they told me because of their machine being down and the lemonade being accepted I am out of luck. Sounds like an excuse to take advantage of a customer to me which is just plaim wrong. I just wanted what I paid for, not excuses, Ashley.

Morning employees are awesome. Evening’s not so much. I gave my order at the speaker and got up to the window and had to give my order again. Got up to the next window to get my food. Not what I ordered. Every time I’ve been through the drive thru in the evenings it’s always screwed up

I had to wait forever in the drive through while it was being run by a bunch of young kids and by the time I got home and ate and they made my food wrong. Their sweet tea is always on point.

You need to fire some people they obviously either don't care or don't understand that fries have to be thrown out after so long. Even under new ownership they are still serving cold fries that have sat on the counter for hours. Not even warm fries. You'll have a lawsuit once you give someone food poisoning because you can't follow food safety requirements and a report is being made to the health inspector and bbb. This is been happening far too long
