All crap. I know some people have enjoyed it there, and so have I. But this last time we went last Sunday night to get my mom, my daughter and myself something to eat. I had ordered just plain cheese quesadillas for my daughter and other things for me and my mom. First the guy working in drive thru I guess was new or I don't know maybe just didn't wanna be there. And the manager had to come over to fix the register for him..well the manager was unprofessional and a complete you know what. Rude as rude gets. And then I give my toddler her cheese quesadillas and she starts screaming and crying. The plain cheese quesadillas had hot sauce and queso in it!!!! Now you tell me why they did that to my daughters food! And they knew the food was for a lil child! I will never go back there. Their lucky I had driven all the way home.

Just got food here 5 minutes ago, food is completely cold not even warm. Fries are hard and cold to the touch. They must be hiring people from McDonald's, edit, I called them and a lady answered, I told her my food was cold and she said it wasn't possible she temp checked the food and it was 165°. I'd put it more like 65° I even had my brother try a fry, not even slightly warm. It's one thing to make a mistake but another to directly lie to a customer.

1 think this might be the very worst service I have ever gotten in a fast food restaurant. First it's a new restaurant that only has self order kiosks. The machine we were using wasn't working right. We had to ask for help a window cashier came out and said that machine was red working right so she took us to another machine but never but an out of service sign on the broken kiosk. We ordered our food the only one inside. Took over 10 minutes to get our food and they got my order wrong. This will be a Taco Bell I will never set foot in again. Plus I have heard the same problems from other family members. DO NOT GO HERE!

It's crazy that the manager is on such a power trip she'll accuse you of stealing food when they never gave it to me and it was her mistake in the first place!!! Unfortunately I drive by this place to go to McDonalds now.. At least they'll admit their mistakes and quickly make your food. Accusations not included!

Awful place awful service awful people I had a multiple order for me and my friends and crew and we got treated like we were an inconvenience, I have been to multiple restaurants in my life time and this was the worse place I have ever been to I will NEVER be back
We have given this restaurant ample opportunity to improve. We've been nothing but patient and kind to no avail. Their portions are awful, most times when you special order something it's made their way & not with the items we selected and paid extra for. The manager has told me and my husband on several occasions that they made it right and that we - the honest & paying customer are in the wrong. She will eventually remake it but not without having an attitude. The way that the manager handles her customers is beyond ridiculous. Nobody should be made to feel like they are an inconvenience, especially when they are a regular and paying customer. My son does DoorDash and waited for almost an hour for a single person meal. While they acknowledged his presence, they made zero effort to get the food to him to deliver to his customer. Here's a photo of my son's Three Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt. Just one of many times we've gone through and paid premium money for minimal food. To Taco Bell Management, You'd better fix your employee issues sooner rather than later or you'll end up like the Subway your restaurant replaced. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but Taco Bell Falmouth deserves this one. 💔

Been their three times, and every time they mess up our order, first time they for got my nachos and the last time didn’t even give us our two large fries! When my fiancé went in to get the fries he wanted in line for 20 minutes! Not worth the wait or the price!

Waited 22 minutes for the wrong food watched five people who ordered after me get served in front of me Manager, ignoring guests waiting at counter people, touching faces and hair and not changing gloves and then directly handling food would not recommend
