Echo Valley Winery offers a variety of dining and wine tasting experiences. The cheesy spinach dip and ribeye steak are popular choices, as well as a highly recommended strawberry cake for dessert. The staff, including server Stevie and the knowledgeable bar staff, provide excellent service. The owner sometimes gives tours on his SxS, and the atmosphere is enhanced with sports on TV. Prices are reasonable and wine tasting pours are generous. However, there have been instances of slow service and overcooked food. Some visitors may not enjoy the wines, as tastes vary.
