Server Stevie was wonderful! Would return just for the cheesy spinach dip - DELISH! Did not care for the wines in our wine flight; also tried their popular “Rodeo Girl” wine - was ok. Sirloin was overcooked but Ribeye was very good. And the strawberry cake - HUGE PIECE and delish!

The food is great and I can truly say that the server tried, but was totally overwhelmed.

Stopped on the way thru the countryside for dinner. Everything was prepared as ordered, & very flavorful. Staff & service were excellent!! Sports on TV, and the volume was at a nice level that still allowed for quite conversions.

Service was 11/10. The owner even gave us a tour on his SxS!! The bar staff is knowledgeable about the wines and history of the vineyard. Prices are unbeatable and wine tasting pours are heavy! Highly recommend.

We like to visit wineries as we travel, saw this on the map and went to taste wine. I saw that they also had a restaurant but didn’t read any reviews before our visit. Table service was prompt and pleasant at noon on a Friday. We ordered one wine tasting flight and an order of potato skins. The food wasn’t special but was good. The wine tasting flight (4 wines for $10) came out in 4 small carafes with 2 glasses. Each carafe was a generous 6-8 ounces. There were only 6 wines available as they were out of several, so we selected Traminette, Muscadine, Norton and Chambourcin, all varietals that we are very familiar with. All wines were very acidic, almost vinegary. Both reds were very hazy; don’t know if that was intentional or if they didn’t clarify properly. The Muscadine wine’s sweetness helped somewhat balance the acidity, but I would not have been able to identify the wine as muscadine (usually a very distinct smell and taste) if I didn’t know what it was supposed to be. The restaurant was loud from the music playing overhead. Overall, if you want to visit a winery, go elsewhere. If you want a meal with a reasonable selection of mass-market draft beers and a few craft beers, you might be ok here.

Poor service wrong food too loud to talk

Generous pours for the flight, but the wine itself is highly acidic and rough. The Traminette is drinkable.

we have been setting here for 45 minutes & still haven't received our food. 2 tables occupied when we were seated! Ridiculous! When we finally got our food, mine was dried out. Food was not good. We will not be back.

We were a group of eight, each had a flight. Probably seven different wines. None of us liked any of the wines. They were all cloudy and had a strange aftertaste, We also ate and the food was fair. The service was good. The valley view is beautiful.

We had a group of 16 meet there for lunch. Service was excellent. Food was good. I think everybody had a good time and a good meal.

We found this place when we were looking to eat dinner while traveling from out of town. We like to check out wineries, so it seemed worth a shot, especially since it was close to where we were staying. It doesn't have the winery vibe as the restaurant seems to be front and center. But, the food was good and the prices for the food, wine, and other beverages were very reasonable. We enjoyed the wines we sampled on a flight, and the amount of each wine provided on the flight was generous. The staff were extremely friendly and everyone in the place clearly were enjoying themselves. Overall we enjoyed it. I think the 3.5 star Yelp average is a bit low; at least a 4 would be more accurate.

Clean, friendly, nice staff. Out of several wines. . Usually a good thing. Offered beer n other spirits. Large menu. Had beer cheese (served cold? n strange pretzel bites w hot pepper cheese inside? Didnt care for scarlet wine or muscadine. Not finished well. Definitely not sweet! Just not a super great wine experience for me.
