Good food for the value. I have noticed that there are some taco bells that are better than the others. The Cantina Chck Quesadilla is diffrent at doffrent locations from town to town.

If you walk into the lobby, they won’t take your order at the front desk. You have to use the kiosk or use the drive-through. We’ll never be going to that Taco Bell again.

I visited the Taco Bell located in Flemingsburg, KY, on March 5th, 2025, around 7:30 PM, and I feel compelled to write this complaint due to the extremely inappropriate and concerning behavior displayed by the General Manager, Angela (also referred to as A-Jay by employees).

During my entire visit, Angela exhibited unprofessional and hostile behavior. She continuously yelled at employees, threw items, and treated her staff with visible disrespect. One incident particularly stood out: Angela handed food to a young man working the drive-through window without providing any instructions. When he mistakenly handed the food out the window instead of placing it on the counter (due to her lack of communication), she began yelling and throwing things at him, causing unnecessary embarrassment and stress for the employee.

Additionally, when my food was remade and placed in a bag, I politely requested a tray at the counter. Angela responded by rolling her eyes, refused to directly assist me, and instead rudely instructed the same young man to “come take care” of me, despite being in immediate proximity to assist me herself.

Throughout my meal, Angela continued her verbal abuse toward staff, slamming and throwing objects, creating a highly uncomfortable and toxic atmosphere. The young man working the drive-through window was exceptionally professional and repeatedly apologized to me for her behavior, even attempting to justify it by saying she was “a little stressed.” However, stress does not justify such hostile behavior.

This experience was extremely unsettling and disappointing. Employees should not have to endure this type of treatment in any workplace, nor should customers witness such unprofessional conduct from management. Due to Angela’s unacceptable behavior, I cannot recommend this establishment to others and hope that appropriate action is taken to address this serious issue.

Went through the drive through and placed my order and told them no onions and took a bite and there was onions so I took them back and told them that they had onions on them and the lady and the drive thru was rude. Need to get better people in there.

I gave this place two chances before I wrote my review. I know everyone can have an off day. First day went in at 8 AM and they said they were shortstaffed in Clinton sell anything including a single cup of coffee that I asked for. Then I go get coffee the ladies throw the cups on the counter, said coffee you have to brew it three times just to get one cup. What’s upset that I even ordered coffees and was extremely rude I asked for extra sauce and she handed me 2 packets for my entire order. Her co worker was visibly upset as well. That place is a mess but there is no other t bell so Goodluck if you go !

Taco Bell make sure u but extra hot sauce packets I recommend them to my whole neighborhood! Your welcome ?

Parking: Jokintas aka my son say there was no parking so my son had to walk there from udf and that’s a far walk I think?

Kid-friendliness: There were workers saying “erm what the sigma” and “would you like some skibidi slicers” but when we looked on the menu like a normal customer would we couldn’t find nothing about some skidibi slicers and we honestly wanted to try those they sounded pretty good my grand kids said so. But I don’t even know what a skibidi slicer is. Can someone explain what it is because I know what a slicer is but not a skibidi so what’s a skibidi? But they were pretty nice to my grand kids especially the one that can’t talk because of his autism?
