Our order included food we didn't order. Food was not very good quality đ this place has always since its open been a not so good place to eat. Trust me just go to Arby's or McDonald's. Service is a lot better at anyplace in flemingburg other then Wendy's.

Extremely disappointed with this Wendyâs location. I placed and paid for my order through the official Wendyâs app, drove all the way here, and when I arrived, they told me they were out of what I ordered and refused to refund me. The staff said it âwasnât their problemâ and that I needed to contact the app instead.
I understand supply issues can happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer any kind of solution is unacceptable. The least they couldâve done was process a refund or offer a replacement item. Iâm now out the money and left with nothing.
Terrible customer service â Iâd recommend avoiding mobile orders at this location until they figure out how to handle app orders properly.

What the heck. I DoorDash some food, didnât have what I wanted, the. Tried to low ball me by switching to something that was $3 cheaper. Get my food and start eating and you forget stuff, come on. I have worked in the food service. It isnât hard. Read the ticket and put it in accordingly. Do you not get paid enough to care about your job? If so then quit and stop being like that. It doesnât matter if you are busy read the ticket and complete each on. Donât sacrifice one for another. Have had bad experience from you all but really wanted Wendyâs. Iâm done. Do better for everyone else. Shame. Just a shame.

The employee by the name of Jess, and some lady who appeared to be maybe a manager of some sort, I believe name was Christina, were the rudest 2 individuals I have encountered, neither one acts like they know what their doing, really it appears they just need to be fired!!!!
Floors are greasy when you walk in if itâs raining be careful you could fall. They were not busy at all hamburgers were thrown together fries were over cooked. Not sure what they have playing on the TV. Itâs not enjoyable. Place is not very old but is in serious need of a deep clean especially the floors.

Rudest guy in the window tonight. Complained over us wanting frosties with the Keychain (the free jrs a year) and then complained about how we could only have vanilla. Come on guys, I give compliments to those people every time in there. Your night shift window guy is not going good for you.

Food was fine and fast but the person taking our order was rude and rushing us. When we got to the window the employees were noticably arguing. Particularly a red headed gentlemen. He was shaking his head and cursing as he was making my children's frostys. He was also to one taking drive though orders. I try to take our family of 7 out to eat once a month. It's a shame to be treated this way on a special family occasion.
