Just left from Dunkin and nobody would give me the time of day to order my food and I couldn’t do it on the kiosk because they don’t have it on there (chicken biscuit) but instead they talk and the one girl making drinks kept messing them up and spilling everything she touched. I am always there and never had such a horrible experience

Very poor service. Curbside sucks, very unprofessional staff yelling out side door you can come get it. I ordered 45mins before they even came to help. My coffee set there and they just helped everyone else that walked in the door. No apologies or anything. Very unprofessional and horrible attitudes.

I got a large coffee with about HALF the ingredients and toppings I paid for … I got a large iced caramel coffee with skim milk and that was it …. It had no whip cream, no caramel drizzle, and no cinnamon sugar topping… unfortunately it was a carry out order and I had someone pick it up and bring it to me which I live down the street so none of that was melted before it got to me … but I wasn’t about to go back because someone had picked it up to bring it to me… but it was a saddest coffee I’ve ordered in a while.. I paid extra just to not get any of the extras .. worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to yet.

The ladies working were very rude and it absolutely ruined my day, I was very affected by their negative words. I won’t be returning to this establishment anytime soon.
The staff at this location are always working hard and keep calm when rush hour hits in the morning. I strongly recommend using the mobile app to order ahead. However, they often will have orders listed as "ready" on their display monitor when they're not. Have patience and understand they're doing their best!

A complete waste of money, Me and my mother went after a long morning of being out. Just completely horrible. The hashbrowns were cold, chewy, and tasted like laundry detergent. Her coffee was literally cold. It didnt even have Ice in it. The employees are just unprofessional. On their phones not even paying attention. This was our 2nd time within 7 months. Never going back.
