Very poor service. Curbside sucks, very unprofessional staff yelling out side door you can come get it. I ordered 45mins before they even came to help. My coffee set there and they just helped everyone else that walked in the door. No apologies or anything. Very unprofessional and horrible attitudes.

I got a large coffee with about HALF the ingredients and toppings I paid for … I got a large iced caramel coffee with skim milk and that was it …. It had no whip cream, no caramel drizzle, and no cinnamon sugar topping… unfortunately it was a carry out order and I had someone pick it up and bring it to me which I live down the street so none of that was melted before it got to me … but I wasn’t about to go back because someone had picked it up to bring it to me… but it was a saddest coffee I’ve ordered in a while.. I paid extra just to not get any of the extras .. worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to yet.

The staff at this location are always working hard and keep calm when rush hour hits in the morning. I strongly recommend using the mobile app to order ahead. However, they often will have orders listed as "ready" on their display monitor when they're not. Have patience and understand they're doing their best!

A complete waste of money, Me and my mother went after a long morning of being out. Just completely horrible. The hashbrowns were cold, chewy, and tasted like laundry detergent. Her coffee was literally cold. It didnt even have Ice in it. The employees are just unprofessional. On their phones not even paying attention. This was our 2nd time within 7 months. Never going back.

I reviewed this establishment a year ago. Just now realized my review was posted, but unable to be seen by other people, due to "Google Policies". So, let's try this again.In my review that was posted, I stated that Green Beans needs to come back, unfortunately, Green Beans doesn't exist anymore, from what I've researched. But to state, this Dunkin isn't the greatest. I walked in and waited for my order. The young lady at the register greeted me and confirmed my order. The staff was amazing, so 5 stars for that. It's the food and coffee that concerned me. The coffee tasted watered down and barely had any taste to it. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I ordered was way undercooked and the cheese didn't taste right, I don't know what old cheese tastes like, but it probably tasted like the cheese I took a bite of. So after 2 sips and a single bite of my bagel, my order went into the trash. So, unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.
Some dude threw my sandwich into the wall to deliver it to me. Doubt it effected the end product, but in the future please don't do that. Work is rarely fun, but try to just put the thing into the microwave and press "on" without sweating it too much. For 6 dollars and change ill probably eat elsewhere.

This is the most disorganized facility! They have what seems like an excess of people behind the counter/drinks/kitchen area working in the same food. They have consistently put the wrong food in my bag the last 4 trips and refuse to make it right when brought to their attention. The only positive is that the food and drinks taste good, but then it’s kinda hard to mess up food that you thaw and heat or drinks that you put measures amounts in a cup.

The overall quality of this particular DD is absolutely terrible. There was no coordination between employees which created a chaotic and stressed atmosphere. Employees were severely undertrained; it took 4 people to figure out how to put a Box-of-Joe together and one employee poured out two drinks because she made them incorrectly. I ordered a simple bacon croissant sandwich and it was undercooked and flavorless. The manager was nowhere to be seen during all this.
