I am furious. This is the 3rd consecutive day that I did NOT receive my online delivery order. Are you freaking kidding me? According to JJ, they have no further contact with the Uber driver once they leave the building. Ok so if it doesn't come to me, where the hell does it go?? Congratulations JJ you just lost a customer. Absolutely pathetic.

So this is going on the third time I ordered and had paid for add ons that did not get put on my ordered. I paid to add avocado and bacon but I didn’t get any avocado or bacon and then I put on there to add crispy jalapeños but there wasn’t any either. I’m tired of ordering from here and not getting what I paid for or ordered.

So I feel it is sooo inappropriate for an employee to wear shorts so short you can see her bits!! All I saw was camel toe front and back!!!
This is NOT what I wanto to see when I go there!!!
The employees are VERY rude!

Jimmy johns was great. The people at the other restaurant in with them was awful. Glad we was not planning to eat inside. They were very loud and rude.

Sat 20 minutes in drive through window. Guy finally comes. Not even a sorry for your wait. Just a “what are I waiting for?” At least 4 workers walked past the window and not a single one could do there job.

This Jimmy John’s used to be amazng, but my last 3 orders have not been amazing. Missing items, completely screwed up orders, and waiting an hour for delivery. At one point I had to call twice due to them just not picking up the phone. I don’t know what’s changed but hope they can get back what they once had.

Food is not ready even though I ordered the head online. Staff was rude. I ended up having to leave with no food and no refund. All of the other Jimmy John’s I eat at quite frequently always have the order ready as soon as I come to the drive-through and a pleasant and helpful. Did not enjoy this experience.
