Not only is this like the 3rd time they’ve messed me over but I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt everytime I go there the food either is so dry it’s barely eatable or it’s old I don’t even review food that’s how bad this is look at this would you serve this your family member or eat it yourself

Did an online order and arrived shortly after our pickup time, still had to wait 10 minutes to get the order. Chicken was dry and disgusting, the biscuit was hard as a rock and completely inedible. They forgot several items and we had to return to get them. Wedges were ok. Cole slaw was good. Chicken legs were inedible. Fries were cold and inedible. This was our second terrible experience. Thought the first may have been just a bad night but I guess it’s fairly standard here. Prices are outrageous especially for the quality. Went straight in the trash!

Drive through lady was trying her best to break the world record. Literally couldn’t get my order all the way out without her saying “is that all for you”. Mash potato’s had a hard crust on them. Mac and cheese didn’t even touch the walls of the bowl. Smallest portions know to man mind. Ordered the family 12 piece tenders to only get 8. Forgot my drink. I looked at the receipt and everything was rung up incorrectly. But fast food workers want higher wages. 🥴

DO NOT GO HERE. Completely UNDERCOOKED fries. Literally WHITE and soggy. And the chicken was SKINNY, TOUGH & so DRY and OLD it CRACKED open. Chicken meat isn’t supposed to BREAK apart. This location is so dirty and gross don’t bother if you don’t want a trip to the HOSPITAL!!!

We were visiting Fort Campbell back in October and one employee by the name of Surlita went out of her way to ensure our visit was above and beyond if I lived in the area, this would be my go to spot for a quick bite to eat

Put in an online order at 7:40pm my pickup time was 8:10,didn't get there until after 8:20, get to the window and they say,we have to prepare it....okay fine,it will be fresh and hot then. NOPE! chicken was soggy and cold. Cudos to the workers that actually stick around in that place.
