DO NOT GO HERE. Completely UNDERCOOKED fries. Literally WHITE and soggy. And the chicken was SKINNY, TOUGH & so DRY and OLD it CRACKED open. Chicken meat isn’t supposed to BREAK apart. This location is so dirty and gross don’t bother if you don’t want a trip to the HOSPITAL!!!

We were visiting Fort Campbell back in October and one employee by the name of Surlita went out of her way to ensure our visit was above and beyond if I lived in the area, this would be my go to spot for a quick bite to eat

Put in an online order at 7:40pm my pickup time was 8:10,didn't get there until after 8:20, get to the window and they say,we have to prepare it....okay fine,it will be fresh and hot then. NOPE! chicken was soggy and cold. Cudos to the workers that actually stick around in that place.

Every time my husband stops there after work the chicken is OLD! I thought if I had him to stop by there today after work and bring me lunch to work it might be better being a Friday. Nope! He got me chicken nuggets and they're hard as a rock! I would hate for a little kid to put that in their mouth, they would have it stuck in their throat if they accidentally swallowed it! Do you guys not care about what you sell? I understand not wanting to have a $ loss, but your customers are throwing away money also. From now on I'll just get it off post!

This location needs a strict evening supervisor to ensure communication and professionalism, and ensure orders are taken correctly. I could nitpick the details, but it boils down to lack of management. Please pay your managers, KFC.
I understand being tired or having a long day. But there is absolutely no reason to be rude. Lady at the drive thru right now was something else. And that is putting it lightly when my husband was respectful and kind the entire time. Someone needs to have a chat with her.... (Saturday August 31st between 910-920pm)
