Put in an online order at 7:40pm my pickup time was 8:10,didn't get there until after 8:20, get to the window and they say,we have to prepare it....okay fine,it will be fresh and hot then. NOPE! chicken was soggy and cold. Cudos to the workers that actually stick around in that place.

Every time my husband stops there after work the chicken is OLD! I thought if I had him to stop by there today after work and bring me lunch to work it might be better being a Friday. Nope! He got me chicken nuggets and they're hard as a rock! I would hate for a little kid to put that in their mouth, they would have it stuck in their throat if they accidentally swallowed it! Do you guys not care about what you sell? I understand not wanting to have a $ loss, but your customers are throwing away money also. From now on I'll just get it off post!

I'm pretty sure I only got half that pizza and it sucked. Tried to forget my fries too. Did ride my bike to transport it but still, got ripped off. I'm looking at the side by side and tell me, I didn't take a bite at that point. That was just resting vertically from transport @ approximately 7:41pm on February 27th 2024.
