I'm posting a negative review because I come here all the time and the store always closes early. You literally drive ten minutes there when they're supposed to be open only to get there and they're closed up to thirty minutes early.

The customer service is non existent, employees rude! Handles trash and dose not wash her hands and picks up baked goods and made iced coffee which was horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would! Your worker on Saturday was absolutely horrid!

10/03/2024 around 5:30 p.m. My first time ever at a Panera ,maybe I should of picked another location. I did not like how they packed my food. The salad was soggy,and I chose the baguette for the side however,it looked like the food prep girl in the back just ripped 1/4 of a piece of bread off the loaf and just threw it in the bag,it was laying on top of my receipt when I opened it at home. GROSS!!!!

Average Panera experience. Nothing outstanding nothing terrible. Gets swamped during lunch hours as to be expected and every order is “to go” - even if you choose to eat in.
Definitely they need to change their hot beverage cups because it not closes properly and leaks

Absolutly terrible location, the food is so bland and mild it blows my mind. I asked for no provolone on my sandwich, got provolone, I paid for extra chicken, didn't get extra chicken, and the apple was bad that it came with.

The location is clean. Regular cup sizes are decent size, food was good but the charged lemonade didn’t have a good effect on me afterwards. I didn’t even finish the regular size of Mango Yuzu Citrus, I drank about a little more than half of it and about 2 hours after completely being done with the iced drink, my chest started to tightened. It was an awkward feeling and it scared me. The feeling went away and I had insomnia from 2 PM until after 6 AM as I’m writing this review, I haven’t slept. I’ve been drinking a lot of water to try to get it out my system. Also for their charged lemonade label them as energy drinks and not 107-390 grams of caffeine. Call it like it is- Energy Drinks! Because if it was called that and if I read that on a cup’s label then I wouldn’t had purchased it.

The tables were all dirty, 3 employees eating and there were two people working the at front counter. I asked about how long had the Cinnamon rolls sitting out, she said since morning, it was 230 pm. I just thought maybe someone would clean the tables? Maybe they had a busy lunch time?
