The tables were all dirty, 3 employees eating and there were two people working the at front counter. I asked about how long had the Cinnamon rolls sitting out, she said since morning, it was 230 pm. I just thought maybe someone would clean the tables? Maybe they had a busy lunch time?

Please give us a real Panera with decent hours. This place opens too late for breakfast and closes too early for dinner, and don't get me started on their holiday hours.
Why are the baked goods always so hard and stale?? Cookie tasted like from last week. Sandwiches and other items are good, and service faster if do pick up, but avoid the baked goods. Charge for sweet tea, but they say we don't have sweet tea only unsweetened and sugar packets...

We all know Panera has gone downhill but this location made me a believer! I had the Fiji Apple Salad with the tuna sandwich! I really enjoyed my lunch. It puts you a great mode to enjoy your food and I did! It was delicious and fresh! I can’t speak for the other reviews but my food was great!
They definitely microwaved my soup. The cream of chicken and wild rice being the only soup I get at Panera, I happen to know that when you microwave it the cream breaks into a liquid broth, which is exactly what I was served. Just make the trip to Wilma Rudolph. You'll be happier.

Everytime I order food to pick up, without fail, I am missing items. It's extremely frustrating. Please check the bags and ticket to ensure everything is in there. Quality checking should be part of the process.

Literally the worst Panera ever. Everything is “to go” so no plates, but the dining area is open. Staff doing bare minimum. Ugh.

I'm loving the 9 dollar bread bowl with no bread bowl. Wife's grilled cheese was literally melted cheese on bread. The bread wasn't even grilled.
