Worst customer service ever! I tried to order by phone. When I was talking to the person to place my order he didn’t even know what to do. He said let me ask the manager…this is not the first time. Management needs to get better.

Order was not correct. Literally almost had to argue that I was missing a whole pizza. Then had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the missing item. So the rest of the order was soggy.

They don't deliver to the barracks unless you call in which they charge you an additional $10 and still have the nerve to expect a tip? Why is this the only pizza chain that doesn't do delivery to the barracks?

I never received my order. I ordered the big box online and paid with my card. I’m new to the area so I called the store for directions because my navigation system could not locate it. I tried calling the store and no one spoke English. I called multiple times and was put on hold and no one ever answered again! I definitely don’t recommend

Spent $50 for 1 pizza and wings, ordered 2 ranch dips and did not get any ranch. Very disappointing. It was impossible to get a hold of the restaurant.

Overall ok, they are terrible about forgetting drinks and dipping sauce. Don’t order delivery until 5pm, anything before that will be an unpleasant door dasher.

I called because I got charged but my order never went through. They transferred me 3 times to a “manager” but no one would answer. Kept hearing rude noises in the background as well.

We waited two hours for our food and never got it we called multiple times and got hung up on when we called back requesting to talk to the manager

I didn't receive my food and when I called to ask about it it rang for 5 minutes straight.

I love to hear the girls in back talking about getting railed doggy style and needing to go out and party. Meanwhile, my pizza gets messed up and has to be remade. Girl gave her dad some free pizza while I was there, but I can't even get what I paid for. PH definitely needs corporate to come clean house.

8/10 do not recommend. After waiting an hour for the pizza, one showed up like this and my husbands had zero sauce on it, it was already a premade messed up pizza that they tossed sausage on and put under a heat lamp. And the breadsticks were pitiful.However, the young lady that was working there when I went to return it to get my money back, was extremely nice. Apparently the kids making the pizzas don’t communicate and I heard in the background that all the pepperoni pizzas were turning out burnt and there was nothing he could do about it. She seemed very distraught and embarrassed but did give me my refund and explained it’s not always like this.

It is better to call ahead then drive over if you are going to pick up.
