I ordered 62.00 family meal. I had to wait almost 45 minutes before receiving it. I placed the order online for pickup. I waited for 15 minutes standing at the counter before staff ask in a very rude manner if I had been help. Other young man was in the back cussing up a storm. I didn't receive half of my order. I didn't receive the biscuit, Red beans and rice nor my extra side of macaroni and cheese. I am a GM at a local fast food place. Also retired military. If this would have been my staff I would have fired both of them. I also called the location and they told me there wasn't nothing they could do for me. I can't believe that a company would employ individuals like this as well as not making it right for the customer that spends their hard earned money.

Popeyes chicken tastes pretty good. I have no gripes about that. My gripes come from their menu not equating to the proper charges or items.I ordered the combo, but got charged for the platter but only got one side and no bun at all.

This place is complete garbage unless you want to wait 3 days for your food so I suggest if you're in the mood for popeye's go and kill the chicken..batter it and deep fry it yourself...it will be faster

The guy taking orders was incompetent to say the least. The other guy didn’t give us ranch then called us liars and said he gave us some when we asked for some, finally gave us one package and when we asked for another he argued and then said he would charge us next time lol

Waited just under 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. I didn’t even need a side or drink. After the 20 minutes, I asked for a refund and decided to go to another Popeyes down the street.
So this was a doordash order and the bags are sealed and the drink is sealed so no one can take food out or tamper with your food. Out of everything on this receipt I got just the tenders. NO pie, Mac and cheese, bbq sauce, biscuit, and sweet tea (how do you forget a whole large drink). This is so stupid. On top of all that the tenders weren't even the spicy ones I ordered. Also when I tried to call to ask about my order they don't answer their phones.

Amazing customer service from the young lady working the register at closing time Mar 15. Even with lines backing up and customers getting upset about things she can’t control she kept pushing and helped everyone with a smile no matter how nasty they were.

Attracted by the ad of a new item..VIP chicken bucket. Pulled into the drive thru, ordered large fries and blueberry cream cheese pie. Cost $7.00 and change. I was the only customer in the drive thru line. Pulled around to pay, they asked to chang out the pie I ordered. OK, paid and drove off. The fries were stale and hard to chew. The apple pie tasted old. Checked my receipt and saw they did not change the listing of the pie from blueberry to apple nor did they list the cost of the items...all in all, Popeyes in Hopkinsville sales stale fries and swapped out (other than what a customer chooses from their menu board) pies. Also, they did not sale the new item advertised as a menu item of the VIP Bucket (that got my attention to even stop at this place). Now I truly love me some done right Popeyes chicken...who the hell sabotaged this place in Hopkinsville?
