My food is never right from here. They always forget something or give you the wrong food. They have forgotten something every time I have been here and when you go all the way back it’s a simple sorry instead of offering a replacement meal or something. One day I was on the way to work and in a hurry so I stopped in to get a steak chalupa and waited until I was off post to start eating and I opened my bag and it was three soft tacos. Like how do you mess up ONE thing? They made sure to give me 47 packets of the mild sauce though. Zero napkins 🤷🏻♀️ and no straw

This place is always forgetting one or more items everytime I order. Order is usually messed up, but you wouldn't know until you began eating at home. The drive thru never reads off your order so you know they didn't mess it up like they inevitably will. Once went inside because they didn't give me half my order and was waiting on a Grilled Steak Burrito. This air head, nothing behind those eyes, employee asked me what I was waited for, opened a bag next them, handed it to me and smiled. The smile was nice, except for the fact that it was some KFC chicken wrap thing. The food wasn't even in a taco bell wrapper. I swear I hate it here. But it's convenient because it's on base and takes star card, so I guess I will risk food poisoning for it.
I don’t know how I get handed the completely wrong order when there is not a single customer other than me. Then when I ask for what I ordered they said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t have the receipt, the one they never gave me. Mind you what I ordered cost more than what they gave me. So now I have the wrong food and I paid double the price for it.

We waited 30+ minutes on nachos and a famous bowl. The lady working the register was extremely rude and rushing through our order. We checked with her TWICE to ensure she got the modifications to our order and when checking she continuously said “what else” instead of simply confirming… After waiting 30+ minutes, of course our order was wrong because she did not make the changes. We’ve given this location multiple chances because of the convenience of it being on post, but we will not be back until there are improvements made. The disregard for how we would like our food and the blatant disrespect is appalling!

Everytime I have gone through this line, an older white lady takes my order. She rushes me through my orders each time and then messes my order up each time. It is either missing items from the receipt or items were not rang up at all.
