Alex was mine and my bestie’s server tonight and right off the bat she was epic at her job! Super friendly, swift at making sure we were not left without drinks long and made sure our food was cooked exactly how we wanted. She also made sure my drink could be made without strawberries (I’m deathly allergic to them). She’s amazing!!!!! Love her to death!!!
Texas Roadhouse has gone down since they opened. It used to be a great place to eat at. From the hostess just sitting there talking about how to do their hair instead of sitting people. You tell someone 10 minutes till sitting after already been in the wait list and it takes 40 mins to finally sit us.Not busy busy had a lot of dirty tables that could be cleaned off but weren't. If you were our waitress tonight and served a family of 4 (a baby in car seat, two adults, and a pre schooler) thank you for your amazing hospitality. You went above and beyond to make my kiddo feel absolutely spoiled. You brought her fruit when she saw my alcoholic drink and couldn’t eat the cherries, and spoiled her. It truly made her night.
