Texas Roadhouse has gone down since they opened. It used to be a great place to eat at. From the hostess just sitting there talking about how to do their hair instead of sitting people. You tell someone 10 minutes till sitting after already been in the wait list and it takes 40 mins to finally sit us.Not busy busy had a lot of dirty tables that could be cleaned off but weren't. While walking to our table we saw over 5 tables that needed to be clean. My highschooler even noticed you passing us up to sit us multiple times. The excuse was that they didn't have a table big enough even though 3 families on the same side were sat. Our bread was uncooked mostly.The Steak was cooked wrong. What happened to Texas Roadhouse because it's going downhill?

If you were our waitress tonight and served a family of 4 (a baby in car seat, two adults, and a pre schooler) thank you for your amazing hospitality. You went above and beyond to make my kiddo feel absolutely spoiled. You brought her fruit when she saw my alcoholic drink and couldn’t eat the cherries, and spoiled her. It truly made her night. I wish I caught your name, but we were the table right next to the kitchen. Our total was $63 and some change. You know who you are. But we just wanted to say thank you again and please don’t stop being kind.

We dined at Texas Roadhouse, Fort Campbell this evening. They were busy and we were amazed at how the wait staff kept such pleasant, positive attitudes. Our waitress, Hailey, was sweet, kind and attentive as if we were her only customers, which obviously we were not. She stopped by our table multiple times to make sure our food was as we expected and to inquire if we had any other requests or needs. Our drink glasses were refilled before we had to ask - that is A+ service in my book. After our meal as we were leaving, every staff we encountered asked how our meal had been and thanked us for coming. Customer service is alive and well at Texas Roadhouse, Fort Campbell! Thank you for a pleasant evening!

We ate here today Oct 26th. Our server Austyn she was probably one of the best servers we have ever had! We go out to eat alot and have had several servers that were good but she was Amazing Amazing Amazing.I can't stress that enough! She deserves to be recognized for her great service. Take out order review. The order was scheduled to be ready at 7:00 pm. I went to pick it up at 7:10 pm they told me it wasn’t ready yet. I waited, and they gave me the order at 7:50 pm. The food was cold, so I don’t know what the waiting was for because everything was cold. Something that I also learned today is to flip the patty when they are showing it to you. When I got home, this is what they gave me. Long wait, cold food, and a burned patty.

Texas Roadhouse on Ft Campbell today with 4 people. I paid a $75 food bill /cash and $15 server tip . Food was good and service was as well . My problem I didn’t come there to listen to young kids being allowed to scream cry and holler at the top of their lungs and their parents sat and watched them with a dumb look on their face. Plus when this happens (often) the staff seems to disappear so as not to have to deal with the problem.

DO NOT ORDER TOGO HERE! just waited an hour to be told my order still isn’t ready. i requested a refund and left. it’s a tuesday night…. no reason i should be waiting 40 minutes past my expected pickup time for two meals and the staff does not care!!!
Showed up told 20 minute wait cool, we waited..text message came in table was ready walked inside and waited another 20 minutes cause she girl up front gave our table away. Took us a whole 15 seconds from text message received to come inside. Already iffy bout eating here cause I hear nothing but bad things but this was the cherry on top.

First visit with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed every thing from our host giving us a orientation of the place, our Waitress, ambionce, and the food was great. Steaks were both cooked perfect as ordered. Manager please pass on to your staff. We will be visiting again soon.

Really disappointed. Drove over an hour expecting to have a feed here. No where in the description does it say anything about being on an Army base. Being a holiday maker, all I seen was a Texas Roadhouse, and have eaten at a few on our holiday, so looked up where the closest one was, and this was it. Drove for over an hour to get told that was on a base and got turned away at the gate. So I think that maybe you should have on the overview that it is on a base and unless you are military, you can't eat there.

Amazing service and a fun place to eat. My only complaint is that the cook we had that night doesn't know the difference between med rare and well done. Outside of that, the food was amazing.
Parking: If you can't find a parking spot here, honestly, you are blind. This lot is huge.
