Cashier was very nice. Our food and smoothies were ready pretty quickly. The food and smoothies were delicious. Atmosphere is simple and clean. It is the same building as a jimmy johns which was nice because one person in our group wanted jimmy johns instead.

Unfortunately the quality of customer service has severely declined in the past month. I've frequently been a customer, 3-4 x's each week. Today, I arrived at 705a, opener was counting drawer & only acknowledged me because I spoke. I waited a few minutes before leaving, without ordering. This is the 3rd negative interaction at this location. I won't return.
