Other than the fact that they are no longer accepting mobile orders this is my favorite Dunkin. staff is always friendly and they do not mess up my drinks as much as the other Duncans around here.

I have always enjoyed having a Dunkin within walking distance of my Army schools on Fort Knox. In my opinion, Dunkin is better in every way compared to Starbucks, i.e., you get more for your money, the coffee doesn't taste burnt, etc. Starbucks is also not in a short walking distance for those who are not fortunate to have cars. My favorite drink to order is an iced Americano with lite ice, and Dunkin actually gives you lite ice, unlike Starbucks, which takes away 4 pieces...

Fourth? Visit to this location and the first one that left me far less than impressed. Every previous visit has been excellent, most above and beyond. This most recent one was not that, hence the lower star rating
