Went to Dunkin today at work in the HRC building and the two ladies up front were the BEST!! they deserve a promotion!! Great customer service and got my food fast. Silke and Ceria (I think that was her name) were so helpful!! Thank you ladies great job!!

This Dunkin’s location has done some changes for the better. The new staff is friendly and helpful. I get the $6 meal deal (sandwich, hash browns and coffee)

If it's open it's pretty good. Problem is this place is never open on a consistent schedule. Often leaving the online ordering option live for your just to print off without anyone working. You then get to try to redeemed your order at another location. This location has a virtual monopoly at HRC no reason this location should be fully staffed 5 days a week! Do Better!

How is it allowed that the manager is more concerned about selling her home baked goods,than selling donuts? When I'm asking for donuts,I don't need to be told to buy her cookies or cupcakes every darn time and pay with cash app! That stuff isn't even labeled!
Maybe bake more dunkin products so the case won't be empty by 8:30 am every morning.
You see the crew struggling but you rather just stand there on the phone ,having a small talk instead of helping. ?
Seems like the crew is not treated nicely when they try to get her, to actually help!
Also,if she wouldn't have her earphones in all the time,I wouldn't have to repeat myself 10 times! And God forbid you make a mistake on the app and ask if you could switch to something else! She makes you feel very uncomfortable and talk down to you. Radcliff is better!

This little secret place on Fort Knox makes the best frozen coffee drinks. Prefect everything.

I love DD!- they are always freindly and welcoming! Most products are in stock after lunch but if not - it's because hundreds of people have gone through the store.I love that you don't get charged for extras.I however DON'T like that the employees don't know how to make a proper cappuccino!! He made it like a Macchiato & had the drinks confused. Huge difference in the end product and end taste.

Worst, I’ve been there a total of 2 times. First time I went in for coffee and donuts, but got no donuts because they were already out. The coffee I got wasn’t made correctly and still had chunks of powder in it, so I decided no more specialty drinks for me. The second time, I go for donuts only. I got there and it’s only been maybe 1 hour since they opened, but no donuts again. I ask why no donuts, they said “oh we don’t have any, we won’t till our baker gets here in 3 hours”.

Word to the wise... Just don’t. 28 minutes to get one Americao.... Had it been busy I would understand. However, there were only 3 customers in the building. The gentleman in front of me was the most patient man on earth. He should be granted an honorary Saint, as he repeated 8 times the order was incorrect. Six drinks later he finally said, it’s okay I will just take this. Please just do yourself a favor and refrain from entering this establishment.
