If I get a taco from Taco Bell, I know how it should be. If I get a sandwich from Jimmy John's, I know how it should be.

If I go to Popeyes, should my biscuits be this aweful? Being the only place to go doesn't mean you should serve bad food. Do better please.

For the price and the amount of food is good. The taste and time of serving are nice because the food is fresh

In all the years that I've worked in fast food, never have I ever heard of a store refusing to sell something because they were out of it and about to close. If you came in my store before closing, if you ordered something, we made it and you got it. No one was allowed in after closing but as long as you got there before. It basically says, "You can't get your order because I want to go home."

Very incompetent, despite reading from the ticket as they prepare your order.Twice this week I’ve ordered from this location. 5 piece with two sides.First order - I got 5 pieces with 1 sideSecond order - I got 4 pieces with 2 sidesMaybe one day they’ll be consistent with what’s ordered. So far the only thing they’re consistent at is being inconsistent.

Popeye's is the best ever!

Ordered $50 worth of food after waiting in a very long line...not complaining about that but got my food and went home only to find not one side in the bag and they don't answer the phone. Please do better.

It's Popeye's on a base so check your time when you go to get some fried crunchy goodness as lunchtime is an easy 20 minute wait.

This place always tries shutting down before 7pm. Out of nearly half the stuff and down to one fryer. If your gonna post hours of 7pm, don't shut down until then. Customer service should be the number one priority, not getting off of work right after 7pm. Management- fix or fire your night shift. Update: Still sucks

I thought I ordered a platter with two sides but I must have said a platter with a empty bowl and they made a mistake and put mac n cheese in it ?. I know there are shortages in our economy but dang, just say "sorry we are sold out". Shaking my head! Either the Mac or the Cheese must be locked in the Fort Knox vault.

2.5 stars. 3 piece chicken meal = $9.49 (2 sides & medium drink).Chicken has decent flavor. Ordered spicy and it isn’t spicy. Very mild. Not much meat on pieces.Fries were cold.Mash potatoes are deceiving small portion but taste good.Left hungry.

Literally the worst Popeyes, no one seems to care about the customer at the stores. I was the only person at the counter for 6 minutes, being ignored. On top of that, they were out of everything.
