I just left there, and I must say the service and food were fast and great. Naomi and Faith made a great team, and the manager had everything under control. They all deserve a raise.

The QDoba team could not be friendlier. I had a larger order and the did the right thing and took other orders in the middle of mine to ensure no one waited too long. While I was there, someone averse to spicy had lots of questions about the various toppings and the team answered every question to ensure she was getting what she wanted.

Great asset for Soldiers and Family on Fort Knox!

I got my food a little after noon because I had a meeting at 1300. I went straight from this location to work. When I opened the lid I searched for the black beans that I asked for (never got) and that’s when I noticed it. I don’t know exactly IT was but I didn’t have time to figure it out because I had to get to my meeting so I recorded it, replaced the lid, and headed to my meeting.Around 1400 I went to return the food. At this point either IT had a cousin or it changed the way it looked because the first video and the second video did not look like the same IT. I asked if a manager was available and the woman at the front (German accent) asked told me yes and then asked why. I explained that there was something in the food. She asked to see it. She removed the lid and took IT out with her bare hand. At that point I wanted to throw up so I just asked for a refund so that I could leave. She showed another employee, balled IT up in some tissue, and washed her hands. She never went to get a manager but she did apologize and I did get my money back. Unfortunately I will never eat there again.

terrible food gave me hard white rice and i had already paid for my order before they made it, asked for more white rice and they had no more cooked, the brisket was cold and slimy, and they charged me $11.25 for a bowl with 3 ingredients within it, outrageous prices for a kids portion of a burrito bowl. Even 30 minutes before they close I expected something better.

I ordered a bowl about 5 minutes before closing. My first thought was I wasn’t going to make it because they’d be shutting down the line. That was not the case at all. The lady was ready for me when I walked up and didn’t seem as if I was bothering her as a last minute customer which I appreciated. I love Qdoba and have never been to one I didn’t like. The food was delicious!

I wanna say thank you to Sarah for making my burrito, she even made sure it was wrapped properly after it had exploded, can't say the same to the other 2-3 employees standing around the sink during everything except helping her.

Not good. The elderly woman who works there ripped my burrito while rolling it and tried to pretend like she didn't notice. When I pointed it out she essentially tried to blame it on me for choosing too many toppings (black beans, brown rice, steak, corn, jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream). I've ordered burritos from QDOBA with FAR more ingredients and they managed to roll it without ripping it. She didn't even offer to double roll it for me. She half-jokingly tells me "you're just gonna have to eat with a fork" and pops one in the bag. I didn't really trust her to rectify the situation so I held my tongue, but if I wanted to "eat my meal with a fork" I would have just ordered a burrito bowl. I would definitely recommend that management schedule some retraining for her on both meal preparation and customer service.

I was at the establishment on 04/04/2023 around 1700 hrs. and the short Caucasian female had a nasty attitude and barely was putting food into the bowl and was extremely unfriendly towards me as a retired Veteran I WILL NOT SPEND ANY MONEY THEIR AGAIN.

Great place. I’d say better than Chipotle. Items are super fresh and properly flavored. More options of salsas and flavors, fresh chips, very fast service. Vegetarian/vegan option!
