I paid $11 for this small sandwich that was more flatbread than meat! The sandwiches use to be filled with meat and toppings! This is ridiculous!

We've come here several times since we've lived on Ft Knox. It's never been busy, but the associates are always super annoyed having to take your order. We've never been there right before close or anything, but it's always the same treatment

I like subway. But the inside of the restaurant here in Radcliff wasn't ready for customers yet. They had table piled up in the middle of the floor still.

Normally I would give this subway a 5 but today I went in and noticed the bread looked burned. I'm not sure if today was an off day but the morning manager was making my meal. I asked her nicely if the bread was hard and she took offense and said all the bread was like this and showed me a few others and said its soft inside...I told her as long as while you're touching it, it's not hard, I'll take it. Again she said, the inside is soft n pressed the inside of the bread.I continued my order (when I really should have just left), got home and THE BREAD IS BURNED AND HARD but yes, the inside is soft, smh and no this is not wheat bread it's the Italian Herb and Cheese.If you burn your bread, be kind and not pass it off to paying customers!
