This was my first time at Biggby but I already know I will be coming back. Besides the amazing coffee I had, the service was lovely. I think her name was Natalie or something similar but she had the biggest smile on her face and truly made my day better! We had a lovely conversation.

Me and my family ordered the sausage cheddar biscuits, and all of them were cold, not just like a little bit, I mean the whole thing and the whole place is so dirty I don't recommend coming here!!! But their smoothies are pretty good 😋 👌

I go to this location quite often. I've always had great service and my coffe/food has always been good. Tonight was exceptional service. The two staff working were so nice and friendly. They complimented my outfit and hair. It made my day! Amazing staff:)

People were fine but the coffee was extremely weak even when asking for extra shot of espresso.
Lil humid, windows wet, draining down, but very tasty coffee and a super friendly and capable staff. Place seems popular.

Usually DD from this location, it’s always great! Today, I was at Kroger pharmacy and decided to go to Starbucks after a really rough doctors appt. Starbucks was so rude for no reason to the point I cancelled my order and decided to go to biggby in person down the road. Upon entering, every single lady in the joint “screams HEEELLO!” With a smile, they were all laughing and having fun which immediately made me feel better! They were so nice and accommodating when I asked questions about a drink. And even drew a little “Russian snoopy” in caramel for me 😭 I wanted to cry in the parking lot bc they really made me feel so much better after such a sad/rough morning! Thank you to everyone here, you guys are great through DD and even better in person 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️
