Usually DD from this location, it’s always great! Today, I was at Kroger pharmacy and decided to go to Starbucks after a really rough doctors appt. Starbucks was so rude for no reason to the point I cancelled my order and decided to go to biggby in person down the road. Upon entering, every single lady in the joint “screams HEEELLO!” With a smile, they were all laughing and having fun which immediately made me feel better! They were so nice and accommodating when I asked questions about a drink. And even drew a little “Russian snoopy” in caramel for me 😭 I wanted to cry in the parking lot bc they really made me feel so much better after such a sad/rough morning! Thank you to everyone here, you guys are great through DD and even better in person 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️

We love everything about Biggby! They have a wonderful variety! My favorite is the Raspberry Mocha Cold Brew and the Avalanche. There breakfast sandwiches are the best! Go and try them, you won't be disappointed!

Don't go to fort Mitchell's biggsbys they are very disrespectful they won't make your order if you have credits in there store. They were very disrespectful to my mother in law. They refused to give her what she order and the manager refused to fix it. And they will not remake anything if order was wrong they will come off rude. My fiance got very sick from the food being out all day and same for the coffee we had to take him to the hospital comes to find out he has staphylococcus aureus. If you don't get that fixed fast it can cause a dangerous illness. I would suggest not to go there you could probably in up in the hospital plz be careful!!! @biggsby Coffee
