This was my first time at Biggby but I already know I will be coming back. Besides the amazing coffee I had, the service was lovely. I think her name was Natalie or something similar but she had the biggest smile on her face and truly made my day better! We had a lovely conversation.
I go to this location quite often. I've always had great service and my coffe/food has always been good. Tonight was exceptional service. The two staff working were so nice and friendly. They complimented my outfit and hair. It made my day! Amazing staff:)
Usually DD from this location, it’s always great! Today, I was at Kroger pharmacy and decided to go to Starbucks after a really rough doctors appt. Starbucks was so rude for no reason to the point I cancelled my order and decided to go to biggby in person down the road. Upon entering, every single lady in the joint “screams HEEELLO!” With a smile, they were all laughing and having fun which immediately made me feel better!
