$36 for 2 Bowls full of rice with hardly no steak!! Ice machine down and got barely enough ice to make the drink cold. Seating area. Food all over the benches and floor. Had to wipe the bench off with a napkin to be able to sit down. Rediculous!! Will Never eat there again.

This is one of my favorite CMG locations but my most recent visit was one of the worst I have had from a food quality perspective. They served me half cooked rice, crunchy and nasty. This was a complete disappointment and I will be avoiding CMG for the foreseeable future

I ordered two brisket burritos for pickup at 8:10pm. My roommate picked up the order and when he brought the food back to the house we realized both burritos had been switched to steak, so I'm assuming they were out of brisket. I'm not a fan of the steak here and would have appreciated being notified if they were out of brisket, as I would have either changed the burritos to chicken or cancelled my order all together. Really put a damper on my evening.

8:30pm on a Wednesday, when they’re posted open until 11, and they’re out of steak, white rice, fajitas, and sour cream? Dude that’s literally half of everything yall serve LOL.

This is literally the worst location for portion sizes. The burrito was the size of my palm. I asked for extra rice and the dude working today 11/25 around 2pm scraped the rice off the spoon and considered it extra rice. Just fire him. He doesn’t want to be there and clearly doesn’t need a job.
For anyone reading this. That link they make you fill out with your comments. Here’s their reply with a solution. Please stop buying from this place. You’re gonna get sick from eating here and they don’t care.

I’m not one to leave reviews, negative or positive. However, this was a very disappointing visit to Chipotle, the man working around 2:30 serving and making the burrito’s looked like he hated being there. On top of that, the portion sizes were pitiful. I’m not usually a size matters girly but the entire burrito can fit in my hand, fingertip to palm. Definitely not worth spending $12 something on. The S should have stood for small, not steak.

I know chipotle is a chain BUT this Chipotle was it's own experience!!! The food was not only fresh but tasteful!! The service was absolutely amazing too! We did forget our chips but when we went back, no questions asked they were replaced!! The juices and tea were not watered down either!! I would definitely suggest this Chipotle again!!

I swear this location has the worst management. Never have anything. Always out of sour cream lettuce and cheese the moment 9pm hits. Tonight was trash waited 30 minutes for them to say that when they could have put a sign on the door. No discount for missing ingredients no apology just rude behavior l. Stopping between people to do mobile orders. Maybe turn off mobile orders when you’re out of most ingredients. Will be contacting corporate.

This place is just going down 👇 hill like the Covington location by Taco Bell, they're always out of something at any point or the day! Why serve the public items that's on a menu at your restaurant and you're out of it all the damn time. 😡
A customer prepay pays for items and the restaurant sells out of those items then the customer should get some kind of a refund and not have to go through hoops or hurdles to get their money back.
This location should just close down 👇 like frisch's, Wendy's, Outback Stake house and other restaurant that can't keep up with the demand. Just close the doors permanently.

Idk why this one is more expensive than Louisville and it's run like trash. Boo.
Wouldn't hire me for me being "related to a member of the crew" when I am not related to anyone that works there at all. I have friends that work there but not family. Ill never go here again and ill make sure to tell all my friends and family to never go here.

If I could give it a zero I would! Walked and employees looked disappointed lol. I guess they were enjoying not having customers. Anyways when an employee was ready to help me with my order she gave me 1 scoop of rice. The pan was quite empty so she had to exchange the pan. While she lifted the one to replace a new one, the other one was titled and the water from condensation was dripping in my bowl. I politely told her that the water is dripping in my bowl and she proceeded to ask me if I’d like her to start over. I said please. She then dump rice out in the trash and tosses the bowl after she paused for a second to think should I reuse it lmao. I’m sorry it’s just ridiculous typing this out but I was so offended that I told her I’m good thank you and walked out. I’ve been in customer service for over 2 decades and I’m 43 years old. I KNOW YOU KNOW BETTER so please DO BETTER! Needless to say I was quite disappointed that I didn’t get my steak chipotle bowl. But I’m at BW3’s a couple of doors down and enjoying a blue moon and some wings now.
Ordered a steak bowl and only received a half scoop of steak then when I asked for more he gave me an extra cube. Then when I said I was never coming back the manager didn't even care and said oh well under his breath..
