Chipotle Mexican Grill

As a regular Chipotle consumer all over the tri state area, this location has the absolute worst portions. You’ll get half a scoop of chicken, lose an argument with the extremely dirty line cook, and then pay for extra to achieve a normal portion that compares to any other locations regular burrito. Everyone dirty, unfriendly, never can tell who the manager is. If you reach out to customer support, they won’t help you out either, only offer to pass on the feedback. It doesn’t matter if you frequent this company daily, they are not in it to take care of their guests, they’re here to extract and detract.

Chipotle is My Life! Need I say more? This location is fast, friendly, fresh, and always on point. The staff is great! The burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas are mouth-watering. My favorite is the Chicken Al Pastor. Holy cow is it good! They're always busy but give you the right amount of attention when ordering. You guys are awesome and keep up the great work! Portions are solid too. Perfect for dining in, carry-out, or delivery. Yummo 😋🌶🌯🌮🫓!!!

The food i did get was good but the bag of chips was half the normal amount of chips you would expect. 54g total and google suggests the normal weight for that size is 113g. Cringe

Extremely Rude Employees. As well as dirty tables, all the employees are just laughing it up playing on there phones, Won’t be back ever again.

Why have staff who slam things around when they have to do their jobs?
Came in the guy was huffing and puffing and slamming things around. Huffed while I asked for every single item on my bowl (rice, chicken, corn and cheese) too difficult for him apparently.

Walked in for lunch asked for a burrito and got half a scoop of rice and a half a scoop of chicken. Asked for more rice gave me only half a scoop then ask more chicken charge me double for four extra pieces of chicken. I have never once walked out of food chain like that before. I get it we live in America and always want more, but It was just a ridiculous small baby portion.

I won’t be describing my experience it I would like a way to contact the district manager. This was an unacceptable experience and store manager is not who I would like to talk to

This is a nice, clean store, with great staff and easily accessible and has outdoor patio seating. The parking lot is large and Walmart is next door for oversized vehicle parking.

Just went through and got literally the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Barely half a scoop of anything. Person literally laughed while they wrapped it. I’m actually pissed that I paid for this

Waited in a long line, i understand it was dinner time, for my portion to be half of what I get at any other location. Not to mention I got charged almost $11 for a vegetarian burrito that is normally 9 and some change? When I questioned the worker he threw his hands up and said well yeah.

Waited over 20 mins then they gave me queso instead of guacamole. Very under staffed and the employee there weren’t too friendly. Very expensive now, will not be back going back :/
