Why have staff who slam things around when they have to do their jobs?
Came in the guy was huffing and puffing and slamming things around. Huffed while I asked for every single item on my bowl (rice, chicken, corn and cheese) too difficult for him apparently.
Was rude the entire interaction.

Walked in for lunch asked for a burrito and got half a scoop of rice and a half a scoop of chicken. Asked for more rice gave me only half a scoop then ask more chicken charge me double for four extra pieces of chicken. I have never once walked out of food chain like that before. I get it we live in America and always want more, but It was just a ridiculous small baby portion.

I won’t be describing my experience it I would like a way to contact the district manager. This was an unacceptable experience and store manager is not who I would like to talk to

This is a nice, clean store, with great staff and easily accessible and has outdoor patio seating. The parking lot is large and Walmart is next door for oversized vehicle parking.

Just went through and got literally the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Barely half a scoop of anything. Person literally laughed while they wrapped it. I’m actually pissed that I paid for this

Waited in a long line, i understand it was dinner time, for my portion to be half of what I get at any other location. Not to mention I got charged almost $11 for a vegetarian burrito that is normally 9 and some change? When I questioned the worker he threw his hands up and said well yeah.

Waited over 20 mins then they gave me queso instead of guacamole. Very under staffed and the employee there weren’t too friendly. Very expensive now, will not be back going back :/

This was how many chips we got. Also barely any chicken on a bowl and got other bowl order wrong.

Very small portions!!!! I paid for double chicken (usually get steak and chicken, however, they were out of steak) and the bowl was still only 70% full. It's crazy that I pay almost $20 so I can leave hungry. Just go to Hothead's around the corner and you'll actually get your money's worth. Crazy how little they give you here.

Chipotle used to be the best quick take out 5 years ago. It has become unaffordable to me.

Restaurant was dirty not a clean table in the building, all lemonade was empty, bowls portion very small not worth what you pay for it. I got chips and you could bend them before they broke because they was so stale. The employees attitudes seem as if they hate their job. I won’t be returning. I will go to HotHead next time.

Multiple bad experiences here. staff not very friendly, bar not stocked at lunch hour. No communication between staff and sloppy when burrito was made this visit. Sour cream was pouring out of it while he was rolling it , he uttered under his breath about it as he realized how messy it was but continued to roll and just double wrapped it in Reynolds wrap. No offer to make a new one. Disappointed. This was the last attempt. I’ll travel further for better service and quality.
