Most of the food was very good. It was a Sunday afternoon so the food rotated quickly and was fresh and hot. The service was amazing. The restaurant is definitely a little dingy, dark, and the booths are all broken down, but the price was right for what we got.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is awful. We went on a Wednesday around 5:15. The buffet does NOT keep the food warm at all. Half of the trays were empty/not being used at all. Only about 3/4 of the trays had food in them and most of it was American food like fries, garlic bread and pizza. It was unbelievably disappointing. We even stayed for 45 minutes and they never put fresh sesame or general tso chicken out or lo mein. It still cost us $34 dollars and we drank water…

Terrible! The food was awful. The bar had old food everywhere. I watched a child go up, grab noodles with their bare hands, spill it all over the bar and go back to their table. It was crazy’s I can’t believe this place is still open. Jus filthy.

Most nasty place on the planet food depending not cook all the way second the carpet and seating horrible and last but not least service sucks the waiter demanded tip and wanted to agree when we paid up front and tip was already included. Here is your tip health department needs to be called and ICE NEEDS TO HAVE A FILLED DAY AT THIS JOINT

Horrible service in all. My server was acting irritated at me and my family throughout the whole time we were there. Then I thought she was just in a bad mood so I tipped her $1, but she said their is 4 of us so each on of us had to give her $1. And she wall also making hand gestures to give her more of a tip. She was acting like a high tip was Necessary, I have never had any server in my life treat me and my family like that. Also adding on, the food was great, but because of the server situation, my rating drops to 1 star and I’m definitely not coming back anymore.

Went on Christmas night. Long waiting line, but moved. Not much food to pick from, everything was gone or low. Needs better preparation for the holidays & big crowds.

We had the buffet at lunchtime. It was $13 without a drink. The food was COLD. I don't mean "not hot", I don't mean tepid. It was out-of-the-refrigerator COLD! The crab rangoon was ice cold inside. Other Chinese buffets actually fry the food fresh then place it on the buffet. This was INEDIBLE! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was straight out of the fridge. The egg rolls were foul. Couldn't even identify any cabbage in them. It just looked like dog food, and also ice cold inside. The General Tso's chicken was like wood. I couldn't even chew it and had to spit it out. It looked like jerky inside. This place was good 5 or 6 years ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! China Buffet in Erlanger is delicious.

Went tonight to have dinner with the family we were there about ten minutes then we seen bed bugs!!! They legit were rude and were going to try and make us pay for a buffet we didn’t really even get to eat anything. The manager was very unprofessional !! The food we did get was cold and old. Do not recommend this place at all.

If going enter with caution me and my family wanted a buffet night for some good old Chinese figured we have been doing to this restaurant on and off for years get there had to move seats because you sink into the booths. Move to a table and in no time something was noticed crawling on my shoulder. And just out if this way these parasites are so hard to get rid of in the winter months. I hope they clean the place up. I kinda felt something was off when the fish fountain water looks so dirty and very low on water like it’s been weeks up to months of not cleaning it. But please if you go enter with very much needed caution
