Service is horrible, ice cream is good. Gotta at least act like you enjoy your job to the customer and be hospitable. Didnt ask if we wanted whipped cream the past 5 times we went and just didn’t add it bc they didn’t want to spend the time

Absolutely love Graeter's ice cream. Every flavor is my favorite !! If you haven't stopped in, I highly suggest you do. They will not disappoint. Great desert candy donuts, etc. ... And last but not least the service is outstanding.

Asked for cookie dough ice cream but it was contaminated with some sort of sorbet that completely ruined the flavor and made it unenjoyable

Love the employees at this location and their suggestions for ice cream helped plenty. The inside is like any other location but the water cooler was hidden from view. Overall, I liked this location and prefer it to Cold Stone.

Store is large with lots of extra treats. Staff is always friendly. Plenty of seating inside. And of course the ice cream is the best around, with the seasonal selection always a good choiceParking: The lot itself is tight due to the drive thru space, but there are always plenty of spots aroundKid-friendliness: My kids would go every day if I’d take them. Of course that would get expensive and we’d get fat, but it would always taste good!
Man this place is fire. But not literally hot because then the ice cream would melt. I would eat so much ice cream if my wife didn’t take bites out of my food.The peppermint ice cream for the winter is so good. Would highly recommend it with hot fudge and chocolate.

We were visiting from out of town. Great little dessert stop! Line was out the door, but it moved fast. Worth the price, flavors of the ice cream were fabulous. We tried s’mores, salted caramel, mint chocolate chip, and black cherry chip.
Delicious ice cream options. We looked this up while in town and were not disappointed. One scoop in a waffle cone is more than enough and if you aren't sure they have free samples. I'll go again if I'm near Cincinnati.
