Everytime I stop at Jersey Mikes.The person that is making the sub or subs drown your sandwich bun with oil and vinegar.I even asked to go light on the oil and vinegar,which is disregarded.From what i see most people do carry out.By the time you get to your destination and proceed to eat your sub sandwich.The sub bun is wet and soggy,not fit to eat.As a customer that likes to eat any type of bread,doesn't like a wet soggy bun.It's a big disappointment and runs repeated customers away.

The food was great but most impressive was the manager. It was too busy to get her name but she was directing the team to get literally 100 subs made, for in store and pick up. Everything was correct and moved quickly. All the team members were nice and followed her orders, but the manager was the only thing keeping the store afloat during a lunch rush. 12:30pm 8/9/2025. I’m very impressed. The drink machine messed up and she came to fix it herself and was smiling and friendly while in the middle of what seemed like chaos. I will remember this visit for a long time. She needs a raise for sure.

We’ve been looking forward to visiting a Jersey Mike’s. Not a good first impression! Food was not worth the hassle of another visit. I believe that it was EVERYONE’S first day on the job.

Ethan and Faith are great! There was a slight mishap with our order through DoorDash and they went above and beyond to correct it. Will order from here again. Thank you Ethan & Faith!

0/10. Ordered my delivery around 8pm. Ordered a HOT #26 with extra ranch and chicken. Instead I got a cold (literally not even toasted) lettuce sandwich. Barely any ranch bacon or chicken.

The staff went above and beyond to make my husband and I first visit very welcoming. They was so helpful in suggesting items and explaining the Jersey Mike’s way! The food was fantastic.

I asked for just mayonnaise and they gave me tomatoes, onions, and lettuce. I knew I said it clearly because even other people were confused.

Wont ever come to this location again long story but the girl slicing meat talked disrespectful to me and proceeded to take people behind me in line orders because I told the lady on the grill I was gonna get a hot sub so since I didn’t order thru the girl slicing meat she wasnt gonna take my order and said this out loud 3 times maybe they should reconsider her employment

Staff is friendly, always have my online order prepared on time and correct. The store is always very clean. Parking is convenient too. I earn free subs all the time too. Couldn't be happier with jersey mikes
