I ordered clicklist last night for pick up the next day. I received a text when I arrived that it was going to be delayed (didn’t tell me how long it was going to be delayed for). I sat here for an hour, seeing cars come and go as soon as they park.
I call inside and they tell me that it’s an hour delay and the automated messaged should’ve let me know. So now I have to sit for another 30 mins.
What is the point of clicklist, if it’s not ready for someone who work all day. This isn’t convenient, it’s irritating.
Do better Kroger, do better!
Enjoy shopping in kroger.
Melissa in the deli is phenomenal. Always polite and friendly. Very hard working!
Nice, clean, friendly! Know where everything is and all the employees been shopping here for years! My go to grocery store.
These people have little girls that can't be 80 lbs pushing carts in front the parking lot. Doesn't even have a hi-viz vest on. When I said that's not safe she said they're required to wear black
Prices are always wrong and they need more employees
We have enjoyed this store for forty years. However Google has the hours they are open wrong!!!!! During the pandemic they open at 6am and close at 11pm
Everything you need in a grocery store. Clean and well stocked. Krogers in this area has done a good job of holding prices down. While things are higher priced than before this inflation run up. I've been to ther cities and the prices in other areas sticker shocked me. Plenty of Associates to answer questions.
What are the specific hours ( M- Sun) of the deli at the Ft. Mitchell location? Seems to change day to day.
I was doing my shopping a little earlier than normal and I found everything. I was making my round to get a couple of steaks and I got over to the meat area and no meat was out yet. I asked the lady if I could get a couple steaks and the lady rudely said we don’t open to 9am it was 8:56am. So I proceeded to find a couple of other things and swing back so I arrived at 9:06 am still nothing out. I thought there was one more thing to find and if they weren’t open when I swing back then it wasn’t met to be. So getting ready all of sudden I was in a aisle on the other side of store and the butcher came over and said “ sorry for your wait the steaks are out now”
Thank you Sir for your great customer service “. I think his great customer service should be recognized!! A sale was almost lost.

This is Kroger. They have groceries that you can eat with your mouth and a decent variety at that. In our corpo-monopolistic world this about all you can ask for, there are few alternatives. That being said the cashier staff and stockers are always incredibly polite and friendly and in no way appear to be wage hostages.
This is a nice Kroger. It is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. I HATE that they move everything around every year or so. Also the need more small carts.
This Kroger is my general go to store. Well stocked and organized…but, the meat situation at this store has gotten ridiculous. Almost every time I buy steaks or beef from this location it’s expired, even though it’s before the shown expiration date. I’m tired of dodging expired meat and wasting money on it. I spent $42 on Wagyu filets and open them at home to have them rank and expired. I pick meat up different store now. Can’t trust it
I visit this store several times a week. Most times when I check out I have at least one issue with a self check out machines. Today I had a small order and had three issues with the Self check out. Three times I had to look for someone and interrupt them from kibitzing With their coworkers. Today I decided to go to the service desk and speak to the manager. Much to my surprise the front end manager was in the group that was standing around kibitzing, and not paying attention to the self check out. If Kroger is going to continue to have self check out, then they need to make sure their staff are paying attention to those who need assistance when they’re checking out
Ft. Mitchell Kroger does a wonderful job!
