Excellent food and service. We ate carne asada burrito, pineapple chicken and shrimp fajita, and chicken enchilada mariachi. Great portions. I would definitely come here again

This was my 3rd time in 5 years to try the food and My Last time. The chips were warm and the salsa was tasteless. The Burrito was tasteless, no kind of Mexican flavor in it. Only people who don't have any idea how Mexican foods taste would go back to this place.

The food is excellent and is served quickly. I probably eat there more often than I should. Great selection of Mexican food as well as a kids menu with some traditional American Delicacies as well for those picky eating children.

You’re greeted with a long table and frowning faces. The lime margarita tastes like dirty bath water. The chipotle chicken was bitter and spicy. I asked to replace it with something different and the waiter said idk my manager is picky. The manager looked at me like I had 3 heads and said I can’t get anything else. I asked him if I could order the chicken crema and he stared at the food and said okay but I’m charging you for both and cannot order the chicken by itself ala carte. The meal was $70 and the manager didn’t say one word. No customer service skills at all. Highly disappointed.

We chose Mi Tierra because Google listed their hours as open until 10pm. When we arrived, there were no posted hours on the door to indicate otherwise. Our party of six was seated, and it wasn’t busy at all. A few minutes later, four more friends called to say they were coming—this was right before 9pm, which still gave us plenty of time based on the posted closing time.
Right after we ordered, I watched the server rush over to a man in a white shirt, clearly upset. He then came to our table and told us they actually closed at 9pm, and we needed to call our friends and tell them not to come. That is NOT how you treat paying customers, especially when your own hours online say otherwise.
The food itself was mediocre at best—certainly not worth the poor service or confusion. They’ve lost our business, and we will not be returning. Save yourself the disappointment and try somewhere else.

I had the pleasure of going to this restaurant earlier this week. The margaritas were fabulous! The food I ordered was simply delicious and I cannot give enough kudos to my server Eber. I asked for his name so I could specifically include him in this review. What a nice server and so professional as well as attentive. I’m certain the other servers are very good, but I certainly will be asking for him at my next visit which may become a weekly routine.
