I ordered a drink and did not get any liquid of some type in my cup, they gave me a empty cup instead terrible service and I will hate this place forever

My sister and I had been visiting this location for years. I was caring for her. She has been disabled for the past year. I had her in the car and wanted to use her partner discount and they refused it because they recognized me as her sister who had accompanied her and that I was not her.

This starbucks is very clean,busy but efficient, and has an overall positive atmosphere. We were greated with smiling faces when we placed our order. Our order was processed very quickly. We needed a little modification to our order,and they resolved it very quickly. Overall very satisfied with our experience,and the customer service we received. The atmosphere of high vibe is very rare in these types of establishments, that are ruled by the hustle and bustle of the world.

Disgusting location. Bathrooms are horrendous. Used toilet paper everywhere , pee on the seat. No toilet covers. And no brains in the employees. When I went to wash my hands with soap there was no water. So I stood there with soap on my hands and I was offered a paper towel. Little girls aren’t meant to work at places that require brain functioning. They should stock shelves at grocery stores.

Update (2025):
I still come here often, at least 1x a day, if not 2x. The staff is fantastic in the mornings. Very nice and personable. You can tell they really care about customers like a small town shop would.

I will say though... when i stop by in the evenings, I have a lot of issues. In the evenings, my drink is almost always incorrectly made, recently being the wrong cup size 3x, missing the topper foam 4x, and a variety of other one offs. While I usually wouldnt stress a one off issue (& they definitely try to fix it), we are now up to 12x in a row for incorrect evening orders... and that is a lot of wrong drinks. Sometimes, I have to ask them to remake it more than once because they continue to miss things - again, only in the evening.

Maybe this is due to their mind being on closing up for the night or something else, and really it is a recent anomaly, but this is during a dead time (no customers) and is consistently happening. i would suggest you avoid showing up with any complicated orders after 6pm.

Update (8 years ago):
I will say that recent I have had more issues, but I believe that is due to some new staffing. If you have a bad experience, let them know and give them another shot.

I go here 2x a day. Seriously. Great coffee and fun blended drinks. There are occasionally mix-ups when they get too busy due to the prime location but if there is ever an issue they are wonderful about fixing them.

Ordered a Venti Matcha latte, hot And received my drink. The barista was just not friendly as I came in. When I asked for a cup of ice water, the Girl told me I would have to go to the register.
They weren’t actually busy either.
Very rude and not a happy face.

Thee best baristas around. Today is the 1st snow of the season and they are here with smiles and the kindest words. I was able to get my chai and silicone hot cup keychain I had been hunting for. Then I watched the staff ask and hand out hot drinks for thr plowmen. They are truly amazing and I will make the drive from Florence just for this service

Great Starbucks! Very clean bathrooms. I prefer to order an Americano Blonde Roast over the drip coffee. Seems like a more pure taste.

I came in the store and none of the workers spoke which was very rude and it took them anywhere between 3-7 mins to come and assist me at the register. My drink was okay and my cookie was fine however the store hospitality was mot good.

Everyone has left the harshest, nastiest reviews for this place, and I don't understand why. I worked at Starbucks for years, I know how rough the mobile ordering system can be, especially in locations with no drive through. When they told me that it was a twenty five minute wait, I asked how many mobile orders they had, and the girl at the register said that they had over fifty orders in the queue. Not fifty drinks, fifty ORDERS. My drink came out in under twenty minutes, tasted up to snuff, and all of the staff were working as hard as they could and seemed very apologetic for the wait. This was a Saturday afternoon, and there was a line to the side door and a crowd of people in the lobby. Kudos to these hardworking baristas, it's clear that they're trying their best at a location that has too much business for what their store is capable of keeping up with.

Absolutely worst stop wish I never got off the interstate for this coffee joint.. they move extremely slow, even with a ton of employees in there. They’re all busy conversing laughing having a great time while the line is continuously wrapping around the store definitely would not return to this location.

When I ordered my drink, he put my order in wrong. I didn’t have time for them to remake it, so I asked a young lady to throw my drink away politely. I was met with attitude and an eye roll, I didn’t complain or even ask for my money back yet she was very disrespectful.

Wish I could leave a 0. If you have to be at work do not stop here. I went in and waited 30 minutes and they made the wrong coffee, while everyone else after me got there drinks. So total I waited 45 minutes for an iced coffee. I will never go to this location again.

Super busy store visited numerous times while in area and taste was a little off and very slow, understaffed easily 20-30 minutes every time. It shouldn't take so long to get an iced coffee.
