I ordered the new Flamin' Hot Disovery Box and 2 Doritos tacos last night to try the new burrito through the drive thru - there were maybe three cars total in the line and we all got instructed to pull to the mobile ordering spots in front to wait on our orders. When the employee brought out my food, he handed me a bag and started to walk off. I told him that he forgot my drink and I was told to go through the drive thru for a second time to receive it. When I started eating, I discovered that the burrito was extremely poorly made and didn't have the crunchy fiesta strips it was supposed to inside. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. However, they replaced my Chalupa Supreme that comes with the box with a normal Crunchy Taco Supreme instead, and shorted me one Doritos taco that I ordered. On top of the drive thru musical chair fiasco, this is really unacceptable customer service.

The people here are literally the best, this is one of my favorite taco bell’s. They always do such a good job making the food like I always have extra nacho cheese if I ask for it and they are always nice.

Ordered on the app and dined in. Super friendly staff and my order was ready as soon as I walked in the door. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and the associate in the dining room during the lunch rush, wiping tables and organizing the condiment area. My food was yum!

Tonight, I had a late run for “THE BORDER”… lol …..& my experience was excellent tonight. Bri gave me excellent customer service and I’m grateful to have that type of service because, it has not exist in a while! Many can take a page out of her book because it was top-tier.
