This place is terrible. I went at 5:15 Friday afternoon. Waited at the drive thru. One car in front of me. Waited 10 full minutes the car never moved. I gave up and drive off. After reading the reviews I am so dead I went to Wendy’s instead!!!

I placed a mobile order of 5 items and gave the restaurant 20 minutes to complete it before I arrived through the drive through (as I had indicated since it was the only option available). The initial response was 15 minutes, and then changed to 5 hours and 15 minutes. I assumed this meant there was no one working but I still hoped for a possible good experience. I went through the drive through (as the doors were locked and pick was unavailable) and said I was picking up a mobile order under my name. The gentleman was cordial and kind, and said to please come to the window. After coming to the window, he asked to someone behind the station "should I tell him to drive around?" To which a female voice said "hell yes". He was kind enough and asked, can I ask you to pull around front, we will bring out your order. I kindky said sure and pulled to the front. I sat there for another 10 minutes and saw 4 customers pull up/through and drive away until finally someone brought out mine and another cars order at the same time (mine second). The gentleman apologized for the delay and wished me a good night. He was then called back to the other car who I coukd hear yelling "can I get some sauce?". He kindly responded "its all in the bag sir" and went back to rhe entrance. I looked at my receipt, recognized my entire order, saw the bag was taped up, so I left thinking everything was fine.Upon reaching home, nothing was fine. All of my items were missing their additions and customizations, and yet I was still charged for them. $5.99 cravings box did not have 2 of 4 items. I received 0/20 requested sauces. Nothing had tomatoes, onions, beans jalapeños, nor red sauce. This was basically 60% of my order and all I got was 3 soft tortillas 1 hard taco shell, a few chips, meat and taco cheese that I did not want, for $20.

Tacos did not have lettuce on them. I ordered 4 soft taco.. my cinnamon twist ever all spilled in the bag. Just trash!!!

As I was greeted and began to order my 4 items, Savannah Q cut me off about 7-8 times asking “what else” as I was trying to begin my order with 2 bean burritos with extra onion and extra red sauce. I finally became frustrated and told her to let me finish customizing my food. I say I need extra onion “what else” I also need you to add extra red sauce to those as well “what else”. Stunned at the fact that she has made my order time almost double I quickly said two cheese bean and rice burritos. Again “ what else” before I could even say that is all.I say that is all. She tells me my total and I go to the window. As I begin to ask who was taking my order i was told the person was in the bathroom?! I realize it was Savannah who took my order. I asked why I was rushed and she thought the excuse of taking big orders stressed her out. She didn’t want to hear my complaint about my negative experience and tried to force me to rush out of the empty line. This is crazy i work in customer service as a shop manager i would never let my customers feel rushed like they didn’t matter!

This location specifically just gives a lot of trouble. They used to be really good but over the past few years it's gone downhill.They get something wrong with our order 50% of the time.If you're thinking of stopping by when they open for breakfast wait until at least an hour after open. I showed up at 8:45am and was told they won't start making food for another 30 minutes. This is not the first time.

Anytime I go to this Taco Bell after about 10 pm, they tell me it will be a 30 minute wait or that they are doordash only. Tonight I ordered from doordash since they are typically “doordash only” at this time and now my dasher can’t even pick up the order because they told her they are “having problems”. Tried calling them multiple times but they never answer the phone. Screw this Taco Bell.

This location ALWAYS leaves an item out of our order and we have to go through it all to figure out what exactly was missing, go in and stand in a line to get it fixed and I just don’t understand how this one location always seems to do that but the other 2 locations we visit in the area don’t have this problem. Very annoying, time consuming and inconvenient.

Food was quick but incorrect. I ordered the New steak and bacon burrito. Completely forgot it in the bag. The tacos were all stuck to the wrapper like they have been pre-made 2 hours ago. Barely any ingredients and food was very cold. We went around 130pm with no one in line. Spend over 30 dollars for garage food. Called back 6 times, but they didn't answer the phone. Would not recommend going to this location. Wasted my time and money.

12/2/23 at around 4pm I ordered a nachos and cheese, cheesy Gordita crunch, steak grilled cheese burrito, and a beef crunchy taco. After receiving my food I noticed that they forgot my chips. Turns out they only charged me for a side of cheese. I came back through and was charged for an additional nachos and cheese.First of all there was 6 chips in the bag and they were inedible due to being fried in obviously old oil. It literally tasted like burnt oil. The crunchy taco was cold and looked like someone threw a touchdown pass with it. The staff were okay, not good , not bad.The good-Grilled cheese burrito was great besides the burnt red tortilla chips inside of it. Luckily they did not make it right and only had 2 red strips in it.The cheesy Gordita crunch was good. No complaints.I attempted to call the store and tell them about their burnt oil but no one would answer after several attempts.Ps. I used to work a Taco Bell and know what burnt oil tastes like.

the guy who took my order was super nice, he made my food literally perfectly! fresh potatoes and fresh nacho fries that were warm. this is the first really good taco bell experience in over a year. thank you!!!

The lady I guess working in front well only her hue was playing cashier & well she must thought ? wip counter & take me order was to much of task for her so she told me really rude that she would be with me IF SHE FINDS THE TIME TOO..... YEAH ? SO I WENT OUT MY CAR & WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU INOREDER FOR THEM TAKE MY ODER!!!!! YEAH NOT SURE WHY I HAD DO THAT LIKE I SAID SHE MUST THOUGHT THATS 3DINF JOB TITLES.......WOW ? SO HARD CLEAN COUNTER & TAKE ODERS AT FRONT & IF SO TAKE ODERS DRIVE THRU.....SHE MUST NOT LIKE WORK ? IM GUESS????????
