I want to like this place but I can't get past the kids screaming and running around. And it doesn't seem to depend on the day or time---the three times I have gone it's been so bad I had to leave. Not conducive for working or studying, even with earbuds. Will not be returning as this place does not have the quiet vibe I prefer.

I don't really recommend if you're aiming for a quiet coffee shop atmosphere. Kids loud and running around.

Super busy on a Sunday morning! Lots of kids running around. I imagine it'd be a more tranquil spot during the week. My chai was fine but not great. They have hot breakfast options as well as pastries from the case.

My cortado was very tasty with nice foam art. The cinnamon donut was warm, soft and delicate. So delicious. The atmosphere is very cozy with lots of seats. The service was very friendly and prompt.

The customer service and the place is very nice. Lots of great seating for doing work, etc. I can see the 3rd place vibe well established. I do wish there were outlets along the bar for working. The latte was alright. I did ask for an extra shot and still thought it tasted weak/watery and for $7 I expect it to taste like a strong ish espresso beverage. The girl who took my order was super friendly and helpful, but they did take 10 min to make the drink, which is slow. Overall, okay. I still prefer Starbucks.

I absolutely love this place. The food and service is always good, but I just had an experience that I needed to share immediately. I was missing $2 to pay for my smoothie, and they covered it for me. All my respect to this place now. I 100% recommend it to anyone!!

The establishment opens at 6:30am so one would safely assume that the service would be up and running smoothly by 7:40am, one would be wrong. There were three employees in the front behind the counter. 4 patrons entered at about the same time, our orders were taken and paid for in minutes. After which one young lady stood behind the coffee machine for 5 minutes while the other two busied themselves with getting a sweatshirt on and getting their own coffee for themselves. Finally after 8-10 minutes our orders started being placed out by the young lady behind the coffee machine while the other two leaned against the counter commiserating about customers complaining about the time it took to get orders out. “Bro, if I hear one more person complaining I’m going to go off.” From order to exit I was there 17 minutes and I was third in line. Two other patrons were assisted during this time one by the young lady making coffee.
I also did not know I needed to ask for a traditional sized coffee when ordering. Our orders were made kids sizes, and I was not willing to wait for another one to be made.
I will be going down the hill to Starbucks from now on to receive better service with less attitude from now one.
As a visitor to FTC and Ft Thomas, this will not be a place I patronize

First off, the staff here is AMAZING, they are very attentive and extremely friendly. Andy took care of us at the bar and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! The fried pickles were one of the best we’ve ever had and the drinks were great as well. We will definitely be back.

First time here, stopped in for lunch and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Recommendations were given. I had the chicken salad croissant and fruit with green tea, everything was tasty and fresh! Highly recommend and I will be back

We love getting coffee and a bite to eat when in Fort Thomas. Their drinks are amazing, we love working from there, and their staff is so friendly. Highly recommend!
