Pour Over
A pour over has a more vibrant flavor and aroma than regular drip coffee. Your barista slowly pours hot water over the blend of the week, taking more time and attention to this one single cup of coffee.
Cold Brew
Long brewed overnight with Serra Negra Blend by Seven Hills - A chocolatey sweet blend that stands up nicely to cream and milk. Long brewing with twice the amount of coarsely ground coffee develops a less acidic tasting smooth cold coffee.
Red Eye
Your choice of Coffee + 1, 2 or 3 Shots Espresso. Red eye = 1 shot, Black eye = 2 shots, Green eye = 3 shots.

overall it was pretty yummy but i was disappointed with my slice of quiche…. i had to change the flavor of quiche after sitting down because they had just run out of ham & swiss, which is totally reasonable, but i walked past a generous and beautiful slice on top of the pastry case for someone else and then received a really tiny piece myself that was mostly pastry, with the bulk of quiche fallen out and disappeared somewhere else. our lattes also could have been a touch...

A lovely place to gather with friends, enjoy some quiet time, or finish up some work emails. Staff is truly wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Plenty of coffee and drink options for everyone. Be sure to check out their delicious food options too. Definitely worth a visit to this great gem!

Fantastic first visit to Ft Thomas Coffee!

I ordered a cold brew with pistachio and it was excellent — robust but smooth, just the right caffeine kick, and the pistachio added subtle flavor without overpowering the coffee. Easily one of the best cold brews I’ve had.

The service was stellar. Casey was friendly, patient, and helpful while I made my choice, even though the shop was busy (yes, she’s my cousin — but I’m being objective...
