Ate here for the first time with my sisters and everything we got was delicious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and for the quality of the food I think it’s priced very well. I will definitely be back and have already suggested it to many friends and family. Highly recommend!

Delicious! We own a business in Alexandria and had to go to Ft. Thomas to pick up a vehicle. I picked up a carry out order. We each got a different panini. One got a Tower Club, one Caprese with added chicken, one got Spicy Chipotle Chicken, and one a General Thomas. The friendliness and atmosphere of the place was 2nd to none. Enjoyed the visit and loved the food!

I don't normally leave reviews but this was a little ridiculous not to. I ordered an iced vanilla matcha and it was white-which is new to me -seeing that matcha is green and it tasted basically like vanilla milk. The girl making the drink was new I'm assuming bc she was reading from the book for instructions. I would have preferred she told me she hadn't made the drink before. Not worth the $7 they charged me. I will not be going back. It was also a sunny spring day and I was told I was not able to sit on the patio which was part of the reason I even went there in the first place.

G&V is a hidden gem. Lunch and dinner both offer delicious food options, and unique beverages. I rarely get the same meal, however, I do love the salads. I've spent perfect days eating on the patio with friends and listening to music, and enjoying hot soup looking out the window at the snow. It's a place for all and all seasons.

I love coming here and getting the Ahi Tuna Salad! It is my favorite salad that I’ve ever had and have to get it at least once a month! Thankfully, the Grassroots is close to my work. Also, patio dining on a beautiful day can’t be missed.
