We love having this place in Ft. Thomas. Sandwich options are great: breakfast/lunch, cold/hot, and we love the gluten free options as well. Salads are also tasty! The menu is overall light with healthy options, hard to find these days. The inside is also cozy and they have WiFi, would be a great place to sit and work!

They served us 15 minutes before close, food came out quick and was great. French dip, hot Italian mmmmmmm.
The food is always excellent and the service is usually quick. We went this evening and ordered by 6:30, but didn’t get our order (2 sandwiches & cup of soup) until 6:45. The soup was the wrong type, but we kept it because it was getting late. I went for a tea refill, but it had been put away. It was disappointing.

What a great place for summertime lunch! Entering the restaurant you get a sense you are on your patio!!! The air is refreshing and steps in the area are clearly marked. There a wheelchair access ramp too. The customer service is “second to none!” One of the owners greeted us at the ordering station. I had the feeling like I known her all my life. We ordered the Berry Summer Salad. The food was fresh and delicious! Five Stars ***** and kudos to Highland Square!

Have been ordering Highland Square Cafe for several weeks now. I'd say in 10 orders, they get my food right 8/10 times. More recently, they forgot the Chicken on my Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. Atmosphere is great, but 8 out of 10 is 80%, similar to fast food accuracy with orders which is why I gave three stars.
